This was my first time at Poplar Dental. The receptionist was very friendly. She made me feel very welcome from the beginning since, I walked through the door. She also remembered who I was and my name from a previously day, when I dropped off my intake paperwork. Summer was incredible! She is very lovely. Summer was very friendly. I was incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my last dental appointment. i used to love and highly recommend Poplar Dental. but after 3 days of being ignored by the office assistant about what i needed from my next appointment. i arrive and was not given a definitive answer about my benefits, even though i clearly had enough to cover my appointment. it almost felt as though because the procedure i was requesting (a wisdom tooth removal) wasn’t what they wanted to book me in for, they just didn’t want to do it. the denta... read more
Great experience. Had wisdom tooth coming through and were able to get me in for an extraction within a couple days. Pricing was also surprising less then expected. 10/10 super friendly staff as well. Parkings a bit rough but once you figure out the underground it's great 👍🏻
The staff at the Chinook location are amazing! From reception to Dr. Perry and hygienists like Emily, I've had nothing but great experiences getting my teeth cleaned and worked on. They're super informative, provide a comfortable environment, and truly provide the best care. I highly recommend!!
I came to your clinic today and showed the text that I had previously sent to your email at 2:00 PM. It was written in a respectful manner, outlining my rights and request. From the very first minute, your doctor was very hostile towards me, as his assistant had already mentioned my request to explain what kind of fillings would be used before I even entered the room.
