I had a great experience at this dental clinic and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Disappointing first visit due to misleading offers and inconsistent communication. I decided to switch clinics and drove 20 minutes to give Poplar Dental a chance today for a first-time exam, X-rays, and cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience left me feeling quite let down due to poor communication regarding their promotions and services. My experience at Poplar Dental was fantastic, Dr. Erin Parry really takes time to listen and explain. Her assistant, Rebecca Miller is very knowledgeable and shows a great amount of care and kindness. The front desk staff are very pleasant. If you are looking for a dental office to go to, I highly recommend Poplar Dental.
I haven’t gone to the dentist in years because of health issues. I was really nervous and worried they would judge me because of past experiences. I didn’t have one person make me feel bad nor judge me for not having perfect teeth. In fact I had the opposite, they reassured me that the state of me teeth isn’t my fault and is because of the medications I am on. I highly recommend this clinic and the staff, they truly are amazing and kind people!
Experience here was wonderful! The staff and Doctor are amazing, I felt comfortable and welcomed in the environment immediately, the demeanour of everyone was very personable/no pressure. Thankful to be a new client here! I appreciate as a young woman the female staff as I tend to ask for women clinicians anyways.
