Very Friendly staff. Greeted with a smile upon arrival. Hygienist, JENN explained each step she was taking during the procedures. Checked to ensure I was doing okay throughout the appointment time. Dentist was very friendly as well and provided feedback after the examination.
Popp Dentistry in Aylmer is amazing. There text services are easy and efficient for the busy person, once you arrive they are always kind and get your appointment moving quickly. All of the staff is excellent, they are gentle and caring about your needs, they make you feel at home in the chair. Abby ( I believe is her name) at the front desk does an amazing job of working with your insurance to make sure you’re covered and booked for your next cleaning. Would recommend to everyone.
I was going to the same dentistry since I was a child and I am now in my 30's. I would always feel so anxious and leave feel undermined and uneducated. Since my experience at Popp Dentistry I have felt more calm, not anxious at all and so educated about my dental health. I am SO thankful for the individuals at Popp Dentistry.
I always have a good experience at Popp Dentistry. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Sue, she carries such a calming presence. If you or someone you love experiences dental anxiety I would 100% recommend seeing Sue!
My daughter is a very anxious girl and the lovely staff did everything to make sure she stayed calm. They explained everything they were doing before they did it. They didn't do anything without her ok to start. I will definitely be taking my daughter here for now on.
