I had not been to a dentist in some time and I was a bit nervous for my appointment today. From the moment i walked in everyone was just fantastic, the two girls at reception were absolutely sweet. I was first taken by Debbie for some X-rays and she couldn’t have been better. I had my exam done by Dr. Sanaya no words to describe her sweetness, gentleness and putting me at total ease, thank you doctor. My daughter had teeth extracted yesterday. Tara helped to make her feel at ease and explained everything that was happening. Dr. Nemec was calm and quick to extract and then Tara stepped in to do after aftercare. My daughter has no pain today and was happy that the Tooth Fairy made a visit 🦷
I had an excellent experience at Port Hawkesbury Dental with Dr. Stella Peng and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I had to have a root canal. Fun right? On top of that, I had a new dentist. Let me just tell you that Dr. Sayad was totally amazing! She did a fabulous job. Very talented. Very pleasant. Debbie did a fabulous job assisting Dr Sayad. I was well taken care of. It's a great Dental Group and I would definitely recommend them.
Both my husband, Kenneth, and I had appointments for dental hygiene and a visit with Dr. Engineer who answered all my questions with the utmost knowledge and professionalism. We were extremely impressed with the entire service that we received, including reception who handled all our private insurance plans with ease and knowledge, along with other administrative information.
