Overall, I highly recommend Port Hawkesbury dental group to anyone looking for top up-notch dental care. But if you want to put braces and all, you must go somewhere else.
Dr. Latwaitis and I discussed a couple of options for the work I needed. I chose the one that was most cost-efficient for me under my insurance plan. I am very pleased with the work that was done. He did an excellent job.
I have been unable to find the words to express my disappointment with the service I have received. It took 6 months for you to acknowledge the response from the specialist you sent me to. I expressed directly that I had credibility concerns with your service. I finally get a follow up appointment with no apology. At the end of this year long process it was apparent that I wasn't an important customer/patient
