The Portrait Dental team is professional, courteous, and committed to your dental health. The front desk staff are tireless in following up to make sure you get the care you need, and even the specialists that come in periodically are very good. I had two wisdom teeth removed: the dental surgeon and dental assistant were really quick, kind, and gave me post op care instructions. I didn't have any swelling after and was back at my desk working later that afternoon.
This was my first visit at Portrait dental office and I had a great experience. The staff are all very welcoming and the office setting and equipments are very modern. We went over my dental Xrays together where the damage was identified, and everything was clearly explained to me, including how I can prevent further issues so I don’t need fillings in the future.
I’ve been going to Portrait for three years now. The team is very professional, and all the hygienists are excellent. However, I would appreciate more stability in the staff. My first dentist was amazing, but unfortunately, she’s no longer there. :( Overall I recommend it!!
My husband and I were looking for a local dentist, so we booked a cleaning check up with Portrait Dental. Cleaning and consult was good, they have a nice setup. Our first experience was great, everyone was welcoming and very accommodating with our pup.
Unfortunately I experienced the worst dental experience here. I came in for fillings for the first time (my second visit here), but was not aware of how many that were going to be worked on - would have appreciated more transparency around the state of my teeth.
