Dentist is GREAT. Very gentle and caring about my teeth and needs. Fixed a tooth that I didn't even know what fixable. Changed my smile completely. Easy to locate and usually out of the waiting room and into a chair within 15-20 mins. My 3 stars comes from asking for the grand total for the full treatment plan, even though I wanted to pay in parts -- I wanted the full cost of what I was going to pay for all of the dental work being done over the course of a few months. The dentist maybe spent 5 minutes with me and did not remove the remaining glue from my teeth that the hygienist told me only he could remove and she made him aware. I am not sure if it is standard practice but they did not go over the numbers on each tooth for my gum health. Also it felt like I had to explain everything thing over again and no one looked at my file as they were confused with me missing my laterals and how my canines were reshaped and in the place of my laterals. The hygienist was great!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Smith and Carla, and I can’t recommend them enough. We have been using Powers Dental for over 15 years and highly recommend them. They are wonderful and our dentist is Dr. Paul Smith. He has become a good friend over the years and we love him! Our Granddaughter broke her front tooth on Christmas and they got her in on Monday fixing her tooth. We were so thankful.
My family and i have been clients of Powers Dental for over 30 years. They are great at making the dentist a comfortable place to be. All of the Dr’s. and hygienist's care and want you to be satisfied with your visit. By the way, they are great at appointment reminders! We love this team!
