Extremely positive experience here. My spouse is terrified of dentists, but the entire staff here was very polite and calming. It made for a much easier process and I greatly appreciate it. We are so glad to have found them for her dental needs going forward.
All the hygienists and dentists that I have met have been excellent. The office is well staffed with knowledgeable professionals who work with your insurance companies to get the best rates possible. I highly recommend this dental group based on their knowledge, experience and willing to help.
Wonderful experience from the time I arrived for my appointment. The receptionist immediately greeted and acknowledged my presence. Donna, the dentist hygienist, always does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. She is the absolute best! Dr. Glaser takes his time to ensure any issues I have with my teeth are addressed. I really appreciate Dr. Glaser, Amy, and their whole team for the excellent care I receive every time I’m there for a procedure! That’s why I’ve been a patient of Dr. Glaser for 10 years, and it’s all the way across town!! I appreciate the care I got today, and every other time I’ve been with their team! Also the front desk ladies and the post care processing, information, and assistance with everything from insurance to setting up the next visit!! Terrible. Avoid the male dentist. Absolutely zero problem solving skills and he took it was too personally. The ladies and assistants were doing their job but the boss will never touch me again. The male dentist has zero bedside manner. Did you know he would try to force you to take whatever he's injecting in your mouth, and then turned around and just took everything back and said good luck finding another dentist Anyone else there can do what they need to do, just don't hold my mouth down with an injection needle in it. ... read more
