Had a great experience when coming here for a second opinion on a crown that was installed by a neighboring dentist. The crown fell off twice in the last few months, leading me to seek the second opinion. When I came in for my appointment and exam it turns out that the crown was incorrectly made and didn’t fit, which is why it kept falling off. The staff was empathetic, courteous, installed a temporary crown same-day, and worked with me on the cost of a new crown. I’ll be moving my family to this practice.
I haven't had any work done here yet, but the ladies were kind and attentive when I came in with a broken tooth. They got me the quickest appointment they could with their specialist, but after I left, they kept working to find me an earlier appointment, and they were able to find one 4 days sooner. These gals rock.
I have always had dental anxiety from previous bad experiences. Dr. Kelton and Lexi are phenomenal!! Very thorough work, and explained everything. I felt like I was at the spa. 😆 No, seriously I really did! I felt so calm and relaxed. Dr. Kelton is so gentle handed, and truly does great work. I am so pleased, and grateful to have her as my dentist. Thank you, Powers Dental Group!
The staff are so amazing and kind. I took my son for his first visit as well as my own (not first) and they let him stand next to me and watch before it was his turn. He was excited instead of scared and they facilitated that environment, they were also very good about checking insurance and making sure all costs were discussed up front. Highly recommend trying them out especially if, like me, you’ve been having a tough time getting in anywhere else without waiting 8 months.
Powers Dental Group Falcon is great! I called multiple dental offices to get an appointment and they were the only office that could fit me in within a week. The office is clean, staff is friendly, and the appointment times are flexible. I highly recommend this place!
