Great dentist, as good as going to the dentist can be. East side impresses me with the tech they use to get the job done. Considerably less scraping required and the xrays are downright enjoyable at this point. Doc is personable and grew up around here so youre getting someone from your community to take care of you. Not to mention the Doc isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and come and clean your teeth himself, which is a pleasant surprise. This is the best dental office I have ever visited. The care is exceptional, Dr. Shook truly cares about the patients' well-being. Dr. Shook and the entire team always go above and beyond. Every visit is comfortable, outstanding patient care, always done with his amazing skills. They explain every step of the process with genuine kindness and care. 10/10
Dr. Shook and the entire staff are kind, caring, and intentional. I always enjoy my visits. And Dr. Shook is very attentive and helpful and not out for your money. He has been my best dentist to date!
Personal, professional, timely and fantastic are just a few adjectives I would use to describe this dental office. Dr.Shook and staff are absolutely wonderful people who bring back the feel of what having a dentist used to be in a world of corporate takeovers. Could not recommend them enough. They took care of me quickly when I needed it.
Apparently they decided to change their name and get rid of negative reviews. I saw this office several times with good experiences however the dentist that I saw left. During what I was told would be a routing filling replacement, the hygenist of the new Dr, Dr Shook poked a hole in my gum with the suction tube. It was extremely painful and when I told Dr Shook he said no big dela it will be fine.
