Dr. Shook and his first rate team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, making going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I was injured by a hygienist here. It caused me severe pain for weeks. I was unable to eat for weeks. I debated on whether or not I should write this review, but after speaking to several other dentists who assured me that this is not common and should not have happened, I’m writing it. I have been here for several cleanings, and not had an issue. But one young dark haired hygienist injured me with a suction tube during a filling replacement. I moved from Colorado Springs to Falcon and reluctantly had to leave my dentist office (the one I had been going to for almost three decades). I found Powers Dental Group and began seeing them. I cannot say enough about how great they’ve been and how happy I am with their service. I’m so relieved to have found another dentist I really feel safe with!
The Falcon office is exceptionally staffed from the greeting when you walk in through the entire process. Going to the dentist is not my favorite experience but they put it at a level where I was able to relax! Very special and professional office, I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!
Everyone is always so very friendly and patient with my because of my anxiety. Dr Shook is very thorough and explains every thing with great detail and patience. My son has a hearing loss and Dr Shook is very patient with him and explains what needs to be done carefully so my son understands each step and makes sure my son is comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Shook and Falcon Powers Dental.
