This was my first visit to this dental practice and I was genuinely impressed! The check-in process was smooth, the staff was warm and professional, and the overall environment was very comfortable. It’s clear they value patient experience. I’m already looking forward to future appointments and feel lucky to have such a great dental office nearby!
Dr. Shook and his first rate team are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, making going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The office is exceptionally welcoming, comfortable, tasteful and clean, making it an enjoyable place to relax and enjoy the complimentary coffee/tea bar or a bottle of cold water while you wait. I was injured by a hygienist here. It caused me severe pain for weeks. I was unable to eat for weeks. I debated on whether or not I should write this review, but after speaking to several other dentists who assured me that this is not common and should not have happened, I’m writing it. I have been here for several cleanings, and not had an issue. But one young dark haired hygienist injured me with a suction tube during a filling replacement. I moved from Colorado Springs to Falcon and reluctantly had to leave my dentist office (the one I had been going to for almost three decades). I found Powers Dental Group and began seeing them. I cannot say enough about how great they’ve been and how happy I am with their service. I’m so relieved to have found another dentist I really feel safe with!
I was a new patient and was able to get a same day appointment for tooth pain. Dr Shook was able to fix my teeth the same day and I’m so much better today. Everyone was wonderful! I highly recommend them.
