I have nothing but good things to say about this practice. I usually dread any visits, but because all staff are friendly and welcoming and Dr.Shook's approach is gentle and educational it makes it so much better. Grateful is an understatement.
This was my first visit to this dental practice and I was genuinely impressed! The check-in process was smooth, the staff was warm and professional, and the overall environment was very comfortable. It’s clear they value patient experience. I’m already looking forward to future appointments and feel lucky to have such a great dental office nearby!
Every single staff member and was so welcoming and kind! Dr Shook was so thorough and gave me all the pro and cons of every option for my teeth. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience!
Dr. Shook is the best, i always feel so comfortable when i go in for a cleaning or filling. He walks me through the steps when it’s a filling and it’s a breeze each time. Would 10/10 recommend his practice!
I was injured by a hygienist here. It caused me severe pain for weeks. I was unable to eat for weeks. I debated on whether or not I should write this review, but after speaking to several other dentists who assured me that this is not common and should not have happened, I’m writing it. I have been here for several cleanings, and not had an issue. But one young dark haired hygienist injured me with a suction tube during a filling replacement.
