Great dentist, as good as going to the dentist can be. East side impresses me with the tech they use to get the job done. Considerably less scraping required and the xrays are downright enjoyable at this point. Doc is personable and grew up around here so youre getting someone from your community to take care of you. Not to mention the Doc isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and come and clean your teeth himself, which is a pleasant surprise. Personal, professional, timely and fantastic are just a few adjectives I would use to describe this dental office. Dr.Shook and staff are absolutely wonderful people who bring back the feel of what having a dentist used to be in a world of corporate takeovers. Could not recommend them enough. They took care of me quickly when I needed it.
Everyone at the office is friendly, kind, and professional. My teeth cleaning and exam went well. The Hygienist was gentle and cleaned my teeth effectively. The dentist was very kind and pointed out a problem area to keep an eye on. Everyone was thorough and helpful. The woman at the front desk is very kind and helpful.
Doc Shook is fast, efficient and friendly. He remembers your name and everyone in your family. Wonderful staff especially Latee. I tried 3 different dental clinics in the area and so far for me they are the best. I’ve been going to them ever since I found them.
Apparently they decided to change their name and get rid of negative reviews. I saw this office several times with good experiences however the dentist that I saw left. During what I was told would be a routing filling replacement, the hygenist of the new Dr, Dr Shook poked a hole in my gum with the suction tube. It was extremely painful and when I told Dr Shook he said no big dela it will be fine.
