I had the best experience I've ever had at a Dentist Office. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Katie is so kind and gentle. The young lady that cleaned my teeth was 110%. I highly recommend this clinic.

After seeing a physician in emergency room for sudden onset severe tooth/mouth pain i was referred to get dental care ASAP. I called prairie smiles and was simply told they don't do emergency patients - no attempt was made to squeeze me in in the event of any cancellation - they simply didn't care. Not a responsible healthcare attitude, but probably more profitable.

I've been their patient for a few years, and everything was fine, untill their dental hygienist forgot her eyes at home, and jerked the filling out of my tooth during my appointment. Off course they charged me for that appointment, appointment after that, to do more scans to see why my tooth hurts so much after previous appointment (what a mystery!), and the one after that too, to re-do my filling completely.
