Will never go to another dentist again. They take such great care of you. They also did a tremendous job with filling my chipped teeth at the front. Highly recommend
My family and I have been going to Preston dental for years and we have always had a good experience but today my mom had an appointment and she had a horrible experience. The dental hygienist that was working with her, Demi, was so unprofessional and rude. Initially there was a machine malfunction which isn’t her fault but then once she started scraping plaque off her teeth, multiple times she kept telling my mom to “just swallow it”.
It’s an impressive place with quick service. The doctor is very professional. My 9-year-old daughter had a tooth extracted, and she had no complications or pain afterward. I’m impressed.
I've been to this clinic for years now and it has always been great. They are all polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.
My initial checkup was fine! But then I waited for the better part of 20 minutes for the hygienist, with no explanation. Would have appreciated a quick word about a delay.
