If your family is looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this clinic. If they are accepting new patients. We originally chose this office for our daughter, and they were so good with her that I decided to become a patient as well. My wife now goes here too. The hygienist I see is absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and fear of the water scaler used during cleanings. Unlike other places, she immediately said, "Don't worry, we'll do it manually." ⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing Experience at Preston Dental I went to Preston Dental today for what was supposed to be a regular, scheduled cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. After I was called in and brought into the cleaning room, I was told that I needed additional services, including X-rays and other procedures, before they would even perform the cleaning. I had a fantastic experience here at Preston Dental! Apple, my hygienist, was amazing at what she did! She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Definitely was a welcome sight!
Overall they are fine, equipped well, but I got some fillings and crown done from here and I'm not satisfied, I can't eat normally now although they did adjust my fillings/ crown 2 times, but this has become even worst. They said it won't be same as I have got so much work done on my teeth but I expect atleast these should chew normal.
My appt started half hour later than it was booked for 6 months in advance! I understand people can be busy but this appt was first thing in the morning at 8 am! Then the dentist came in half way though the cleaning, which was fine, but then the hygienist asked me if I wanted to have a polishing! I was there for teeth cleaning and a checkup!
