Absolutely horrible and rude experience. I was planning to get silver filling for one of my back tooth and called this dentist since it was near my place of work. The receptionist told me they cant tell me what type of filling they do without a visit first which is ridiculous since just about every dentist in Canada provide that information over the phone. When I first booked the appointment, I was very clear about the service requirements and needs. The dental service was good. Administrative service not. They created inconvenience for profit at the patients expense. If the appointment had been booked for the service needs rather than the office profits, it wouldn't have created inconvenience and extra expenses. Dental service pricing should be standardized.

The front desk or whoever put note on my profile is unfair. I only missed an appointment due to emergency and I called the clinic immediately. Since then I have not be able to book an appointment for more than a year now. Instead they will be disturbing me with calls whenever they have open slot. They lack empathy.

I went to Dr. Langin because of a small concern regarding my crowns. He found out the problem was stemming from a much larger root cause that a lot of dentists don’t know much about regarding crowns. He did a major surgery on my gums and restored my crowns with properly fitted, beautiful ones - and all my problems are gone. Although the bill wasn’t fun to pay off, I am incredibly thankful that I found this clinic and my teeth are now problem-free and gorgeous.

I had chosen Preston Dental Center as a convenience, they are the closest to my home. In a city that has dentists on every other corner it seems I can honestly say I will be going elsewhere for future appointments. There are multiple reasons why: 1. Although evening appointments are advertised they do not exist, all appointments are scheduled between the hours of 9-4 as “the dentists leave at 5” this is taking into account wanting to book 6+ months in advance.
