So sad. Dr. Jennings & her staff were amazing! I used the the new group- not really impressed but ok- sent my husband- hundreds of dollars later & multiple visits for failed crowns after 2-3 days saying the permanent crowns won’t be ready until September is unacceptable. 3-4 days off work- advil around the clock- failed crowns every 2-3 days. As an anesthesia provider this is unacceptable patient care for my husband. He asked for an emergency dentist contact & he was told they weren’t allowed to give a number. His temp crown... read more

Had gone to this office when Dr. Jennings was here based on recommendations and she was wonderful. The new staff is rude and only looking to make money. I was charged for the exam that you receive when you get a cleaning because I had come in early in the year due to tooth pain and was told my insurance only covers two exams a year. Then tried to tell me I needed a filling that the doctor either failed to mention during my exam or the staff was confused no one could give me a clear answer. Avoid this office at all cost.

So sad. We were Preston One customers (Dr. Jenkins) for over a decade. She and her staff were so great. Always honest about needed work. Always willing to work with customers to make sure care was affordable. Always communicated in person. Dr. Jenkins retired in May, and the practice is now called Heritage Family Dentistry North Dallas. We never got any communication from Heritage to introduce the new dentists, or staff, but the entire Preston One staff is gone ... receptionists and all. When we did receive an email ... read more

Dr Jennings and staff were amazing. Had to be the best and most thorough dental exam I’ve ever had. My hygienist, Theresa, was very professional, knowledgeable and detailed in every aspect of the exam & cleaning. It was truly amazing to see the technology used to show what was going on in my dental care. It was an AWESOME experience.

I was seen at this office for a laser procedure and dental cleaning. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rayvin at the front desk, who was friendly and made the check-in process seamless. Dr. Moon is such a knowledgeable and caring provider. Her assistants, Z and Estefany, are sweet and professional. Procedure was fast and painless! Teresa was my hygienist.
