Brooklyn is the best! She always makes sure you're comfortable and is incredibly kind and welcoming. I also love how friendly everyone who works there is. They create such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I always have a great experience and highly recommend them!
Amazing First Visit at Princess Dental Today was my first time at Princess Dental, and the experience was truly wonderful. The receptionist aranda greeted me warmly and made the check‑in process easy and comfortable. Usually I have really good experiences here, but I’m disappointed that I was forced to reschedule and then once it was finally time, I was misquoted for a treatment I’ve been waiting for, for so long. On top of that, usually the admins are very kind, but the one who informed me did not seem empathetic to the situation, especially when I voiced my frustrations. Jillian is nice, gentle and sweet. She makes sure that I’m comfortable all throughout the process. My teeth was super sensitive when I went for a visit but she find ways/alternative to finish the entire process. I’ll definitely look for her for all 9f my appointments moving forward.
