My daughter & I had our first visits today. I typically have pretty major dentist anxiety but today was the most relaxed I've ever felt at the dentist. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is very warm & calming. Every staff member we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. Everyone was wonderful about explaining each process to us and ensuring we were comfortable all the way through the visit.

I had an excellent experience here. Usually, I feel quite anxious about going to the dentist, but this visit was completely different. The staff were incredibly friendly and highly knowledgeable. They consistently checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. I’m thrilled to have found a dentist in Brandon that provides exceptional service.

Kaleb was so happy and relaxed with the service. Your staff was very nice, understanding and patient with Kaleb. Having to watch Netflix while they were working on him took the edge off and made him distracted about things. He was so calm. The kindness and gentleness was so refreshing. Thank for the kindness you have given to him. He will surely be there again.

My experience was awesome. The staff are friendly and I was told exactly what to expect with each treatment I was having. I had concerns with how my replacing old fillings was to be performed. I am a bit claustrophobic and the device that is usually used made me very anxious. When I explained this to the dentist and her assistant , they immediately came up with another option. All went well. I would definitely recommend Princess Dental.
