100% satisfied with this experience. I was fit into Dr. Carswell's schedule on very short notice and she is upbeat, friendly, thorough and patient in her exam and explanations. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I was examined and treated for the first time at this clinic last week. I'm so grateful. Very. From the front desk to the Dr. Vercaigne, all of they are so caring. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick arrangement of the treatment, and I was back to work the next day to earn money to support my family. And Dr.Vercaigne is very open and caring. Very disappointed in Princess. I believe in second chances, however 3 strikes and you’re out. Last strike was showing up for my appointment today and being told that I had cancelled it. I definitely did not and had confirmation of the appointment on my phone. Princess charges for no shows. Patients should charge them too.

Amazing experience. So professional. Really nice office and even nicer people. I would highly recommend compared to my other Dentist experiences they are number one. Caring Environment and very efficient

i was told i had 8 cavities when i had zero pain, so i switched dentists (to Chancellor dental) and was told i only have 2 small cavities that dont even need immediate work. be careful going here, and if you think they are lying about cavities, they probably are. i will never be coming back here, and will be reporting this.
