Every appointment was on time and each employee was well informed and able to answer all my questions. My filling appointment was quick and Dr. Phan explained each step of the process. I have had minimal residual pain and was back to normal as soon as the freezing wore off. Dr. Phan followed up with me personally which was unanticipated and very much appreciated. I am so glad my family made the switch to this provider.
I had a filling done with Dr Phan and a lovely dental assistant (that I regrettably did not grab the name of). The two of them were so incredibly pleasant and professional. I told them about a couple of bad experiences that I’d had in the past with fillings and that I was now a little nervous about them. I had a great experience at this dental clinic! The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and the appointment ran right on time. I really appreciate the care and attention I received. Aaron, the Hygenist was fantastic! He was extremely thorough with my dental cleaning yet the procedure was painless and almost relaxing, crazy as that sounds! Would highly recommend.
WOW! I took my 3.5 year old for his first visit and honestly it couldn’t have gone any better! Upon arrival the ladies at the front were so lovely, (exactly what we needed to be treated with-positivity!) and then our hygienist came out to get us and was so good with him. She showed him every single tool she’d be using, let him touch everything and I think because of that he was good with it all!
