I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and had an excellent experience. I’ve also had other treatments with Dr. Kermani in the past, and each time everything has gone smoothly. Dr. Kermani and the team are professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I truly appreciate the great care and would highly recommend them.
It was a very good appointment. Dr. Kermani is a very knowledgeable and experienced dentist. He found a small piece of a tooth root that had been left in my gum since I was 17, I’m 35 now, and none of the dentists I had seen before ever mentioned it. He clearly explained everything about the treatment and all the options I have, both for cosmetic reasons and for keeping my teeth healthy. Don’t come here if you love your smile. Dr Kermani not only damaged my front teeth he also couldn’t make the shape of my tooth from how it previously looked. I told them I was in pain after the procedure and they advised me to wait a few weeks, then my second visit same thing. I went to another dentist to find out I have to get a crown and the cavity was still there. The receptionist who was usually nice became rude after I told them how much this has affected me. Failed fillings. Terrible communication from staff to dentist. Failed to extract all of the root from one of my root canals hence it is still very sensitive. When I showed him they failed and told him I did not want him to fix it considering he may make the same mistake again he said “is it actually bothering you or do you just want money” the audacity and like what???
I went to Promontory Dental Centre this week. They are always on time. The entire staff are kind, caring, and considerate. They never over charge or do work that doesn’t need attention immediately. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
