I had a very emotional visit recently, and the staff here handled it with the utmost kindness and professionalism. The dental hygienist was excellent—she explained the cleaning process clearly and was very thorough. When I became overwhelmed about some personal stress regarding family and household projects, I burst into tears. I am a new patient at Promontory Dental Centre and recently had my first dental check-up and cleaning with them. Very nice facility. All of the staff are very friendly and efficient. They make you feel welcome, put you at ease and are thorough in all aspects of their duties while you are there. I would recommend Promontory Dental Centre to anyone looking for a new Dentist
The team at Promontory Dental was great. Gurpreet at reception handled my insurance claim very well, and Dr Ivan Chan is a very nice dentist who ensures you are comfortable and looked after. As I'm new to the clinic, I am impressed with Promontory Dental's team so far.
I was able to get an appointment the same day I called! I had a crown fall off and was leaving for vacation. The reassurance that everything would be ok until we returned was encouraging. I plan on using your business when we return. The staff was super, friendly and helpful.
While I have no issue with the dentist I take issue with the office staff, specifically Tara. We have since stopped going to this location and now need to find another office. The backstory: Before booking our appointments, we would ask the office staff if the procedure was covered by our insurance and would be told if it was or not.
