It was a very good appointment. Dr. Kermani is a very knowledgeable and experienced dentist. He found a small piece of a tooth root that had been left in my gum since I was 17, I’m 35 now, and none of the dentists I had seen before ever mentioned it. He clearly explained everything about the treatment and all the options I have, both for cosmetic reasons and for keeping my teeth healthy. Don’t come here if you love your smile. Dr Kermali not only damaged my front teeth he also couldn’t make the shape of my tooth from how it previously looked. I told them I was in pain after the procedure and they advised me to wait a few weeks, then my second visit same thing. I went to another dentist to find out I have to get a crown and the cavity was still there. The receptionist who was usually nice became rude after I told them how much this has affected me. They’ll blame you before taking responsibility. Be careful.
I had an early appointment and was having a terrible morning controlling my MS and my medication. I couldn't stop my shaking or still long enough for Dr. to work on my fillings. He had to leave to work on others, coming back asap to finish me off. The woman working beside him was so patient and helpful, calming me down and taking care of my emotions. Both of them are absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for being who you are.
My husband hadnt been to a dentist in 10+ years. He saw the hygiene girl Jinder and she was so kind, patient and teach my husband very nicely. She was very gentle and considerate. Thank you for helping my husband and he feels so comfortable and happy to come back now. I tell my family and friends to see this clinic for dental needs
I went to Promontory Dental Centre this week. They are always on time. The entire staff are kind, caring, and considerate. They never over charge or do work that doesn’t need attention immediately. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
