My husband and I been going to Promontory Denral Center for years. Our kids also go there. They are always courteous, compassionate, kind, and caring. They work with you and your comfort level, offering options to make your visit as comfortable as possible. "Terrible experience at Promontory Dental Center! My wife went in for simple fillings, but the dentist was so distracted and careless that they drilled too deep into her teeth, causing severe damage. Now she needs costly root canals to fix the mistakes. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. My experience with Promontory Dental was 5 star from reception to treatment. Very professional getting me in on short notice and making me feel very comfortable during and after treatment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I DO NOT RECOMEND AT ALL! I had schedualed an appointment but got the flu the day prior so I canceled the appointment but they reshuedual the appointment for the day after which frustrated me . I still could not attend the apointment so I had to cancel that one too . Now that I had gotten better I got a noter appointment and got charged 75$ for canceling appointments.  It's so frustrating because I was sick I did not attend does appointment because I was fatigued and had a horrible fever. This clinic is very unfair and they behave unprofessionally with customers and they charged us for canceling because of my child's illness and high fever, and everyone in the world knows that due to the new viruses, the members of the clinic should be called and informed. And if he got sick the night before, how can he know two days ago that the child is going to get sick, and according to the rules of the clinic, he informed them two days before.. They are really crazy and do not understand and are stupid..
