My husband and I been going to Promontory Denral Center for years. Our kids also go there. They are always courteous, compassionate, kind, and caring. They work with you and your comfort level, offering options to make your visit as comfortable as possible. They are good at giving you all of your treatment options and help us make the best choices for our health and financial capabilities. Currently at my second ER visit with a brutal infection after the worst treatment I have ever received from a dentist. I had a cavity filled a month ago and it’s been a nightmare. I went back after two weeks of agony and they said the tooth looks great. Book at your own risk. Trust the shitty waiting room as a sign.
The office team is so nice, they are always able to answer any question and willing to help you anytime. I love that I get reminders about my appointments through email and text.They have good knowledge also of all the dental procedures and all the insurance stuff that I don't really manage, they explain you everything. My appointments have been always on time, and the dentists, assistants and hygienists are very friendly and they take time to also answer your questions and even educate you. Every time l go to this Dentist, l get impressed with the dentist serving me..they are prompt, curisity, understanding of what is needed done. The staff, are not just workers when l ask them a question they know the answer if not they soon find our for me. Thank You for being reasonable in prices and knowing exactly what to do.
