I used to be scared to death from experiences in my past. This dentist has been amazing went from crawling the chair to sitting comfortably still and enjoying the experience. The staff are very concerned that you are comfortable and relaxed and not feeling extreme pain. I need up have mayor work done I was putting off for years. Highly recommend the office and dentist.
The ladies up front are so helpful and friendly. Dr Bimra is quick and does such a good job. I had anxiety and she made it go so smoothly. All of my kids have had no hesitation in going to the dentist or for cleanings they also had good experiences.
Kendra and Glenda are the most amazing front desk staff around. The staff in the back are also just as great always offering amazing service, usually the dentist isn’t my favourite spot to go however they make it an enjoyable experience . Winner winner chicken dinner
As usual, I was received with a friendly greeting, and my treatment began right after. I had a very professional service of dental hygiene. It lasted less than an hour, and I did feel very comfortable the way the hygienist conducted the treatment. KUDOS for the staff of the clinic.
Downtown Dental has a caring, knowledgeable, professional staff that always considers our unique situation and needs, and collaborates to provide the best care for myself and my families dental health needs. We love them!
