Dr Makkar is amazing and so is the staff. They are great with children. I have one child with special needs and they were great with him. Answering any of his questions, and super patient. They explained what they were doing as they did fillings for my daughter. It was a good experience that my daughter looked forward to going back. They are efficient, kind, professional and finished the dental work faster than what we expected. Thank you!!!
accompanied a friend with cancer who needed work done for chemo. the staff here is a good mix of outgoing,polite,considerate people who are sensitive and compassionate. Great setup and flow. wait wasn't too long and lots done in office. doctor came in just to see us on his day off, thank you quadra!
I honestly can’t recommend Dr. Makkar enough! He is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I usually have a pretty high bar for who I trust with my health, but he is incredibly knowledgeable and actually takes the time to explain everything clearly so you’re never in the dark. He’s also just a super patient and kind person, which makes a huge difference when you’re in the chair. I moved to Victoria two years ago and truly lucked out when I stumbled upon Quadra Dental. They are the best! I've experienced a lot of anxiety around dental work in the past, but that has decreased drastically since going here. They are kind and professional folks who want to make sure you are well taken care of! I highly recommend the team at Quadra Dental!
Not really liking the idea of doing a 1hr teeth cleaning session just for the lower teeth and the upper teeth are scheduled 2 months after. If you knew that would usually takes time, you could have arranged for longer session - 1.5-2hrs to avoid inconvenience for both parties.The people at the clinic are great though. They were very nice. The scheduling is meh. I will still rate you a 3.
