accompanied a friend with cancer who needed work done for chemo. the staff here is a good mix of outgoing,polite,considerate people who are sensitive and compassionate. Great setup and flow. wait wasn't too long and lots done in office. doctor came in just to see us on his day off, thank you quadra!
I have never needed dental work (beyond a cleaning) in my life, so I was rightfully nervous about needing a crown. Dr. Makkar and the hygienists made the procedure as comfortable and pain-free as possible, and ensured that the job just wasn't done - it was done right. I genuine thank you to the entire team.
Dr Makkar is amazing and so is the staff. They are great with children. I have one child with special needs and they were great with him. Answering any of his questions, and super patient. They explained what they were doing as they did fillings for my daughter. It was a good experience that my daughter looked forward to going back. They are efficient, kind, professional and finished the dental work faster than what we expected. Thank you!!!
Not really liking the idea of doing a 1hr teeth cleaning session just for the lower teeth and the upper teeth are scheduled 2 months after. If you knew that would usually takes time, you could have arranged for longer session - 1.5-2hrs to avoid inconvenience for both parties.The people at the clinic are great though. They were very nice. The scheduling is meh. I will still rate you a 3.
I had a great experience at this dental center. I’ve had a lot of dental work done here recently, and every visit has been very positive. The staff are kind, patient, and professional. My dentist always explains everything clearly and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the treatments. I really appreciate how well they took care of me, especially during my root canal and with helping me with temporary teeth. Thank you so much, Dr. Makkar for your excellent care. Highly recommended!
