I had an amazing experience at Queen Street Dental Centre. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, patient, and extremely thorough. I came in for front crowns and the care, attention to detail, and communication throughout the process were top-tier. Hands down the best dental office. I travel in from Oshawa with my husband and son because it is absolutely worth the commute. Dr. Conway and Alex deserve a special shoutout for being so thorough, explanatory, kind, gentle, and generally wonderful! Thank you QSDC for taking such good care of my family and I.
I came for a cleaning appointment and they gave me a student. She did a very bad job and it had to be redone. They didn't charge me for it, but it meant an extra hour an extra appointment, and more pain. I was running 30 minutes late due to traffic in the downtown core. I let them know as soon as possible, but they still charged me a $50 cancellation fee. Staff are nice, but this isn't the place for me.
Dr. V. Sugarman is personable to her patients and holds herself and her staff to high standards. The clinic is clean and professional. Our family have been with her since the clinic opened several decades ago. She assesses each patient andsituation on its own merits and thinks outside the box to find the best solution to any given dental situation.
Incredible dental clinic and staff! They fit me in last minute, completed a wonderful cleaning by very friendly hygienist, then when they found a cavity, they fit me in the next day for a filling. Dr. Vitaliya Bardal was extremely thoughtful, caring, and thorough. I couldn't want anything more from a dental centre, truly exceptional service, and best Dentist I've had. Thank you!
