I had the pleasure of being a patient at Queen Street Dental Centre for years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Despite not loving getting anything done for my teeth, Queen Street Dental always takes the time to make my experience there as painless as possible. The reception staff is always friendly and understanding and the dental surgeons make the cleanings an easy visit. They also have a beautiful office and have really thought about the patients experience in the design of their treatment rooms.
Have been with this dental center for over 20 years. They have professional staff with a caring heart. Consultations with the doctors are always thorough and informative. They will give you enough time for questions. My whole family like the center especially with the recent renovation. They definitely deserve a five star :)
I will never go to another dental clinic again. Dr. Vicky is a patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate dentist who has the ability to alleviate anxiety and provide excellent care. Furthermore, the administrative staff and technicians are efficient, friendly, and provide clear and prompt communication. Definitely recommend!
I have used Queen Street Dental for over 20 years. Always professional, extremely clean, considerate, competent and keeping abreast with the latest developments. They have crown CAD-CAM machines on-site, so your crowns are done in one visit. I gave them an 4 out of 5 rating; getting higher than that requires a level of service that I almost never see, and hence it is very rarely given by me. (I’d give them 4.5 if that was an option.)
