Emma Lee did an amazing job cleaning my teeth with a gentle touch. She was pleasant and professional, and never once did I feel that she was rushing to complete the task. I'm so glad I switched to Queen Street Dentistry.
I was a first time client and the dentist came in the room and didn’t even introduce herself. Looked at the X-rays. Told the hygienist something in dental language and left. Apparently I had cavities and she was too busy to be bothered with me. Also was Some kind of confusion about sending estimates that ended up being a pain. The whole visit was really strange. I can’t say enough good things about Queen Street Dental and Dr. Manvir Grewal along with his entire team. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine kindness that immediately puts you at ease, and the clinic itself is always clean, welcoming, and comfortable. It was my first visit to Queen Street Dentistry. The receptionist was very sweet, friendly and efficient. The hygienist was friendly as well and took information I missed while filling out the form. The dentist was so informative and knowledgeable. I am glad my friend recommended them. They made the experience comfortable.
Highly Recommended. This is Long overdue as we have been coming here for a few years. I don't typically leave reviews outside the extremes, good or bad. Dr. Kaler is nothing short of a superstar. As an adult I very much appreciate her detailed explanations that provide a complete understanding of any work being done. As a parent, her ability to work with my daughter is exceptional.
