I recently moved up north and needed to switch dentists. I had been putting it off for so long but I’m so happy I finally made an appointment at Queensville. Their staff is fantastic — organized, professional, and friendly. The space itself is clean and welcoming. All their equipment is really high end and new. Dr. Goldberg is an excellent dentist who really takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make referrals when needed. Highly recommend!
I had my first appointment at Queensville Dental today and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, making the check-in process and figuring out my work benefits a breeze. The experience is great from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out the door. All the staff is super nice, polite and on top of things! They made both of my parents’ experience pleasant and comfortable, even though they are just visiting the country and don’t speak English. Would definitely recommend them and come back when needed.
I've been twice so far and both experiences were excellent! A fresh, clean environment visually and the staff are all great!! I love that they play music during my appointment (its a nice distraction! :) and I also really appreciate that the dentist says out loud what he'll be doing next, so I'm always prepared since I keep my eyes closed most of the time! :) Highly recommend!
