Great first time experience at Reflections following referral by a family member. Pleased with the service overall. Beautiful centre with wonderful and professionally minded staff. Immense thanks to the manager Ruth, the hygienists (Tania & Kendra) that attended to me, and the front office managers (Irene & Ash). Nice team.
I had such a fantastic experience at this dental clinic! From the moment I walked in, Irene at the front desk made me feel so welcome—she was friendly, professional, and set the tone for a great visit. My hygienist, Kendra, was also phenomenal—so thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and sent me home with a ton of helpful tips. Dentist is very good and appreciate the awesome job she did. Hygienists are super friendly and great at what they do, However discovered they are more expensive then where my spouse goes, by quite a bit! i had to pay each time above my insurance yet my husband has not and got more work done them me.
Look ma - no cavities! As usual, I had a great experience at Reflections. From the front of the house staff to my hygienist and dentist, it was a smooth and painless process. Thank you Reflections once again for a great visit. See you again in four months!
I had an annual check up apt. on April 16th in the morning - Dr. Tsang and Amenda did a awesome job. Dr. Tsang is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly; he explained clearly about my wisdom tooth options and patiently answered my questions.
