I easily had the best dental experience thanks to the Reflections team. I always felt very well taken cared of and don't feel anxiety or dread visiting the dentist anymore. Thank you all for being so kind.
I had a warm welcome every time I came in, the staff were very kind. When getting work done on my teeth, if I said it hurt they would change the way they were working. Very good colour matching as well!
My experience has been very positive since going here. Staff are very friendly & professional. I just had dental surgery here to have my wisdom teeth removed and everything went by without a single issue. I feel very comfortable leaving my dental care in their hands.
Excellent thorough care. Hygienist Bethany and Dr. Ryan were very good and kind with my issue. Clean and relaxed atmosphere and administrator was so personable .
Great hygienists. Very professional and thorough. Good rapport with clients. Dr.Tsang could improve his conflict management skills to “deal with” client issues with more humanity and professionalism.
