I had a great visit at Reflections Dental yesterday! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was gentle and professional. They made me feel comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend!😊

Hygienist Lori is gentle and a master at her craft. Dr. Tsang is thorough and shares areas of concern before they become larger issues, but never pressures or tries to "up sell". They are a wonderful, caring team!

The staff at Reflections are always friendly and caring the moment you walk in the door . Dr Ryan is very friendly and kind . I feel relaxed as sometimes a dental appointment can be stressful.

Dr. Tsang was incredibly nice and thorough. He explained everything to me in as much detail I needed. The entire team is very nice and work together well. I received a treatment plan for my follow up with a quote which I very much appreciate for my financial planning. Very clean, efficient, and welcoming office.

Friendly staff, but they are not experienced with Non Insured Health Benefits. If you’re with NIHB make sure you don’t forget to ask the receptionist to check your coverage (which is what they do at my new dental place to avoid any confusion, and it takes two minutes!). I had to pay for a massive bill at Reflections, which shouldn’t have ever happened because it was not my responsibility to check my coverage, and it shouldn’t take a year to check if I was covered.
