I have been going to this clinic now for more than a year now. When I first visited Dr. Haney, he put a plan for me as I had some cavities, wisdom tooth removal and cleanings to be done. Dr. Hanee Etbinah He is very patient. He is very thorough at explaining the procedures as he goes along. Yes, I was that “somewhat nervous” patient and he and his two staff made my lengthy procedure extremely comfortable. Their compassion, their patience, the explanation, their mannerisms made me feel at ease. The office is very clean and bright and the staff is friendly and competent. The dental work I received is excellent. I am making Regency Dental the base for all of my future Dental needs.
Disappointed 😞 Pain since the day I visited the dentist, yesterday I found out my good teeth came out broken. I don't know if it was drilled by mistake and I was not informed. I had to beg for weeks to get my invoice/ bill to know how much my insurance paid. No transparency at all
