When looking for a new dentist I came across this dental place for me and my wife... our first visit went really well.. friendly staff and all... then it went downhill from there.. everytime we call never get anyone answering phone except maybe 1 or 2 times they answered.. my wife needs a tooth pulled since June and was told that since my wife has a fear of tooth extraction cuz of past dental experience that another dentist in office with consult with us and explain what can be done.. since June we are waiting for this docto... read more
The entire staff is amazing!! Best dental care I have ever experienced. Dr Hanee is such a knowledgeable and competent Dentist along with his staff, and Page, the hygienist is always a pleasure to visit for a great professional and thorough cleaning.
I had my cleaning done with Page, and she was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, kind, and did a fantastic job. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all during the cleaning. I’ve always had great experiences with Regency. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so nice and polite. Even though dental procedures can sometimes be painful or nerve-wracking, I always feel calm and comfortable both before and during my visits.
Dr. Henne was such an amazing doctor over the years! I truly appreciated everything he did over the past four years for me and my family!
Best around. The most welcoming and compassionate staff I've ever worked with.
