Very impressed with Dr Benbassat care for my 5 yr old. Had 7 fillings done at once under general anesthesia at Mackenzie Health last Friday. All went very well. The team at his clinic as well as Hospital were fantastic, on the day Dr Bebassat met us , checked on me a few times as I was nervous for my kid’s first OR of course , he answered questions. My son had a wonderful experience having two baby teeth extracted yesterday. The procedure was completely pain-free, and to our surprise, he actually enjoyed the visit! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and Dr. Benbasset is truly an exceptional pediatric dentist in the area. Thank you for making his visit so positive and comforting.
We had such a great experience with Dr.Benbassat and the entire team. My twins have been going there more than four years, The staff is welcoming and very child-friendly. The cleaning and check-up are quick and gentle! Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a kind, professional, and kid-focused dental experience.
The reception team always responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments or making changes. I also want to highlight Afsoon, the hygienist, who is absolutely wonderful. She’s thorough, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything clearly to parents. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ comfort and dental health.
Amazing staff and Dr. Joseph Benbassat was very kind nice and patient. My 3 kids comes here and they have a great service, always on schedule.. they wont let us wait for too long.. Kudos to al l the staff,. and to the amazing doctor,,, Dr. Joseph.
