I was very apprehensive about going in for my appointment because I have very sensitive teeth and the experience of even just routine cleaning is usually very painful and I dread it every time. However I expressed my concerns to my hygienist and she was so gentle and careful doing her work! I had hardly any pain at all, and felt truly taken care of. I am so appreciative of and thankful for her care and skill. Thank you!
What a great dental office! I notoriously avoid the dentist like the plague due to anxiety but everyone here made my experience great! Everyone was very kind and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend you check out Richmond Village Dental for all your dentistry needs! :)
If I could give zero stars, I would. This office has become extremely insurance-driven, appearing more focused on maximizing their own gain than providing proper patient care. Claims are not always submitted in full, and I was even given another patient’s personal information within my own paperwork — a serious breach of confidentiality. I have had some less than ideal experiences with previous dentists. However, this dental office is the BEST I’ve ever come across. The team is amazing, the warmth and empathetic approach helps make the experience very comfortable.
Made sure my final extraction was pain-free and coordinated well with my denturist. I got a whole new smile and a whole new Outlook. Thank you for all the help.
