My experience at Rideau Dental has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist since I was little, and has continued to be great over the many years. He and Nadia take great care of their patients, including anxious ones like myself. If you’re struggling with going to the dentist, this is your sign to choose Rideau Dental. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and Nadia, as well as my hygienist Theresa.
I have been a patient for over 25 years. I recently had a sore tooth and they were able to fit me in within 24 hours. The dentist was nice and knowledgeable and suggested a path to fix the uncovered issue.
Went there to ask specifically how much would cost me to cement my tooth ,they said 200-250 i said fine pls give me appointment,went there for my appointment Friday 8:30am, the dentist came she said i cannot cement it for u ,im not prepared,u have to come another time .i went to reception to check another appointment,she goes u have to pay consultation fee 173$, i said no one mentioned it to me,i don’t really understand why people are not transparent,.i did the same thing 2 years ago in Vancouver downtown cost me 220$.which ... read more
Great welcome back to the clinic by all staff even from the new clercs. As always, we ( my wife and I) were promptly and courteously served precisely at the time of our appointments. Clinical staff, just great, very professional and pleasant. Of course we will never look back at an other clinic but Our Rideau Dental Clinic. Kudos to all.
