I have been going to Rideau Dental for my dentistry needs since 2018. The service is amazing. I got my braces done here between 2018 and 2021, my smile is perfect! I always look forward to seeing my hygienist and dentist. Everyone is so kind and they make an anxious dentist goer feel really at ease during procedures. I would 100% recommend going to Rideau Dental Centre :)
I received my InvisAlign orthodontic treatment from Dr. Nguyen and assistant Nadia. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, high-quality care, and personalized advice. I couldn't be happier with how my teeth now look! Plus, Dr. Nguyen & Nadia are super fun and friendly :)
They didn't accept my university insurance even though they had all my insurance information. After the treatment, I discovered that I have to file the claim myself. There are plenty of other dental clinics that do accept insurance, so it's better for students to go to them.
Oral hygiene is an essential component of personal care to keep us healthy. Rideau Dental has been our place to go, and we are in the hands of highly professional personnel who care about people. Dr. Bao Nguyen and his assistant Nadia have been my dental dream team for over 20 years. Now that I am retired and moved away, I still come back to them for check-ups. I trust his judgment and his work is stellar. He will discuss treatment and is a tremendous listener. He will listen to your concerns and will take your opinion into account. It is a breath of fresh air. Also, kudos to Alex, my hygienist. You are the best.
