As someone who is not a fan of dental offices, I have to say the ladies here are amazing. They make you comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They are friendly and make the entire experience easy. They take time to explain everything and the direct billing to your insurance is a definite plus!
A great experience as usual. The doctor and hygienist were professional and made my visit very comfortable. They are definitely skilled masters in their field of work. Will never consider going elsewhere. Surprising affordable for the level of care given. Thank you
The reception staff is great, always very helpful and accommodating. Besides that, the service itself was very poor. Yesterday I got my braces off and the entire appointment just felt so rushed and unorganized (which has been my experience with most of my appointments leading up to this). Any questions I had were answered vaguely, if at all, and nothing was ever explained to me. I understand that they are busy but that is no excuse to not put your attention into my appointment. I love Dr Li and her employees. Dr Li always takes her clients wishes first. She does not push you into unneeded work to your teeth. I will be a faithful client to Ridge Smile Dental Clinic.
Dr Li and the staff of the clinic are super professional and really considerate for the patient. The front desk lady has a lot of patience to help me out with insurance issue.
