Being new to Ridgetown, recommendations from others in choosing a dentist was important. After several recommendations pointed to Ridge Smile, I visited and met Jennifer at the front desk. When I asked why I would want to be their patient, Jennifer replied enthusiastically, "because Dr. Li is outstanding as are all the staff here." She gave me examples, and I found them all to be true. Nothing but great experiences here, my latest visit with Amy Lou was lovely. No matter who I see though, everyone is always so friendly and willing to work with limited budgets/time. Any questions I have are answered and worries eased, no judgement whatsoever. My most pressing issues are being handled with care, and what's been discussed for the future has me feeling hopeful for my oral health again. Thank you Ridge Smile Dental ❤️
Amazing dental office. Right on time…friendly and the team all works well together. My visit was quick and the best cleaning ever!!! Highly recommend this office based on professionalism and prices. Hands down the best!!!! No pressure for unnecessary product or procedures. Very honest
As someone who is not a fan of dental offices, I have to say the ladies here are amazing. They make you comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. They are friendly and make the entire experience easy. They take time to explain everything and the direct billing to your insurance is a definite plus!
Such lovely staff here! My four year old thoroughly enjoyed his appointment!
