I have always received the BEST care at Ridge Smile Dental Clinic! The receptionist is very polite, personable, and accommodating. The dental hygienist is absolutely amazing! She is so precise and thorough with her cleaning! She is the reason I won’t go anywhere else! Lastly the dentist is so nice and very professional. I feel like I am in such good hands and they are always looking out for the health of teeth! This team is definitely worth the drive out to Ridgetown!
Was a very good appointment. Sorry I didn't catch the young ladies name that cleaned my teeth. She was as she said very gentle doing her cleaning, and true to her words she was. All of the staff are friendly, caring and kind. I'm extremely nervous about going to the dentist but they brought me in and spread my appointments out, made me feel as comfortable as possible with a stranger digging around your teeth and gums. I wont be putting off my appointments anymore thanks to their care.
My experience was great Everyone in the office is pleasant and very friendly and very helpful Cleaning went very well, very gentle very pleasant. I would recommend this to anyone. Being new to Ridgetown, recommendations from others in choosing a dentist was important. After several recommendations pointed to Ridge Smile, I visited and met Jennifer at the front desk. When I asked why I would want to be their patient, Jennifer replied enthusiastically, "because Dr. Li is outstanding as are all the staff here." She gave me examples, and I found them all to be true.
