I had a wonderful experience with my dental hygienist, Janelle, yesterday. She was incredibly kind and gentle, with such a light hand that I felt at ease the entire time. I really appreciated that she used a numbing gel instead of an injection—I didn’t even need to ask, and it made the whole visit so comfortable and stress-free. The front desk ladies are always very friendly and make you feel welcome. Doctor Douvis and his assistant Darla are great. They both make me feel comfortable and welcome. I just got two crowns done at the same time. During that procedure I was asked several times if I was doing ok. After my appointment which took 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon I was a bit lightheaded from being inclined back Darla stayed with me until I was ok to get up. I recently visited River Dental Clinic while I was out of town for a family medical emergency. I had a tooth scheduled to be removed in my home city, but due to the unexpected trip, I needed immediate care. I saw Dr. LeeAnn Wasylyshen, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal. Kinda blown away by River Dental in Medicine Hat! We recently moved to Medicine Hat and it is my 11th city that I have lived in; so I have seen the same amount of dental offices and this is the best one that I have ever been to. I was greeted immediately when I entered from the many receptionist at the counter and I sat in the comfortable waiting room for less than a minute before my hygienist greeted me. Dr. Olson and the staff are the best. I had 2 emergencies and they fitted me in right away. Dr. Olson is an amazing dentist. He was able to fill a tooth that had broken therefore saving me from having to get a lot of dental work done. He explains things in a way that was easy for me to understand and answered all my questions. He wasn’t rushed but took the time for me.Excellent dentist and staff!!🦷 Would highly recommend!
