The front desk ladies are always very friendly and make you feel welcome. Doctor Douvis and his assistant Darla are great. They both make me feel comfortable and welcome. I just got two crowns done at the same time. During that procedure I was asked several times if I was doing ok. After my appointment which took 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon I was a bit lightheaded from being inclined back Darla stayed with me until I was ok to get up. Dr. Olsen was amazing and got me in the day I phoned. Had a toothache and he stayed late to pull it for me. Always checking on me during the procedure and made sure to have me leaving comfortable. Thanks again to your amazing team that held my hand as well as I’m quite the nervous patient. Definitely recommend them to you!
Friendly, helpful, honest, understanding and straight to it. Talked with me through the concerns, the plan, the desired outcome and made sure to answer any questions/concerns. The cleaning I needed was quite extensive, because of the time being the end of the day, freezing wasn't available. It was my decision if and went to stop if it was painful. But surprisingly enough I did not need to stop at all, she was so gentle and the amount she got done was a massive surprise. So thankful. Overall, it was a perfect appointment.
Really Grateful to the whole team at River Dental, especial Dr. Olsen, Michelle, and the wonderful office assistants for being able to get me in same day for a dental emergency on a Saturday. They were kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Highly recommend!
I recently visited River Dental Clinic while I was out of town for a family medical emergency. I had a tooth scheduled to be removed in my home city, but due to the unexpected trip, I needed immediate care. I saw Dr. LeeAnn Wasylyshen, and the experience was absolutely phenomenal.
