Kinda blown away by River Dental in Medicine Hat! We recently moved to Medicine Hat and it is my 11th city that I have lived in; so I have seen the same amount of dental offices and this is the best one that I have ever been to. I was greeted immediately when I entered from the many receptionist at the counter and I sat in the comfortable waiting room for less than a minute before my hygienist greeted me. The genuine concern, care & compassion for my visits were nothing short of amazing. From the second I walked in, my appointment & all the way through to the time of my exit. Staff were extremely generous with the level of humility. You all made a tedious journey for me so much more reassuring & for that I thank you.
Absolutely fantastic experience! Hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years. The team at river dental were so easy and awesome to work with. Every visit I felt comfortable and well taken care of! Extremely clean environment!! 100% will recommend!
My experience with River Dental was awesome. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I had a toothache and although I didn't have an appointment they made sure to check the tooth for infection. They gave me quotes on what was cover by my insurance and what I would have to pay up front. No hidden fees. It was overall just a great piece of mind. I would recommend them.
I went for a cleaning, very first visit here last week, it was great! Back for a check up as I had a cosmetic issue I wanted fixed. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel very cared for! The dentist was amazing and gave me options and was honest about them all. Teeth look amazing thank you!!!!
