Clear, thorough, and respectful communication starting from when I was booking my appointment, to talking to the receptionist, to the hygienist and dentist. The receptionist was friendly and professional, and clearly broke down what was and wasn't covered by my insurance and how much the appointment would cost, which was checked before my appointment. I always enjoy my visits to River Road Dental. The staff are welcoming, kind, and professional. Anita at the front desk is especially wonderful—she greets every guest with a warm smile and makes you feel right at home. I also had the pleasure of meeting Julie, one of the dental hygienists. She is incredibly thorough and genuinely cares about her patients, which I can confidently say from personal experience. Highly recommend this dental office!

From my first contact with RR Dental I was treated with patience and care and ended up booking with them the next day. During my cleaning and preventativecheckups Julie Was kind caring and made me feel a lot more comfortable as I was feeling a little anxious going in. After my appointment, I went home and felt little pain and no scratches - from the tools - anywhere in my mouth as I have had happened before at other clinics. I was recommended this clinic and now I see why; wonderful patient care!
We arrived late for our appointment, yet the staff was incredibly accommodating and ensured we could complete our dental visit. The doctor checked the teeth first, carefully examining everything and explaining the next steps in detail. The hygienist, Julie, was exceptional—she was thorough, detailed, and made sure everything was perfectly clean while ensuring comfort throughout. The entire team was professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!
