Based on a friend’s recommendation, we chose River Road Dental and Dr. Chen. After contacting the front desk and sending my father’s dental X-rays, they were able to arrange an appointment the same afternoon, which was very efficient. The overall experience was excellent—Dr. Chen was patient and explained my father’s dental condition and treatment options clearly, which gave us a lot of reassurance. The front desk staff were also professional and attentive. A clinic you can truly trust.
I have a great experience at this clinic. I appreciate the entire team for their warm welcoming environment. Usually I get nervous for my cleaning, however my hygienist Julie has skillful hands and makes me fell comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience at River Road Dental Clinic. Dr. Chen is one of the most professional dentists I have ever met. He was incredibly patient and provided very thorough, clear explanations throughout the entire visit. The treatment was also extremely detailed and reassuring. My child has been visiting this dental clinic since age 1 for regular checkups, and every visit has been a great experience. Usually it’s just for fluoride treatments.
