Dr. Wang is so nice. My son Miles feels calm and happy during his visits. The staff are patient, gentle, and explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and very child-friendly. We’re really thankful to have found such a caring dentist!
My child has been visiting this dental clinic since age 1 for regular checkups, and every visit has been a great experience. Usually it’s just for fluoride treatments. During our routine visit in early November, Dr. Wang was extremely attentive and professional. He patiently answered all our questions about our child’s jaw development and noticed a few cavities. I always have a great experience at the clinic. I appreciate their professionalism and welcoming environment. I have sensitive teeth, so I get nervous for my cleaning. However, my hygienist has gentle hands and always makes me feel comfortable.
Clear, thorough, and respectful communication starting from when I was booking my appointment, to talking to the receptionist, to the hygienist and dentist. The receptionist was friendly and professional, and clearly broke down what was and wasn't covered by my insurance and how much the appointment would cost, which was checked before my appointment. Dr. Shi does not have any knowledge of Dentofacial Orthopedic. She only understands the most basic teeth straightening. Before my afternoon orthodontic consultation, I did a lot of research and studied many cases shared by doctors. To my disappointment, the examination involved no 3D scanning, photography, X-ray, or anything base on data. She gave an arrogant assessment based on a simple visual inspection.
