I'm very happy to have Dr. Mona as my dentist. She takes time for me, no matter what the situation; in a very professional manner. That is to say, she gets to the point and that is exactly what is need, especially in an emergency. Dr. Mona & her technician are a very good team. As well, office staff remind me, both by cell & e.m of my appointments and since time goes so fast, is very helpful. The receptionist is very accommodating and considerate. Overall, I'm comfortable visiting Riverdale Dental.
I had a wonderful experience at my last dental appointment on July 17, 2024. First of all, the receptionists were very personable and polite. The Dental Hygienest, Ahmed Rashid, is knowledgeable, professional, patient, caring and asks questions and imparts knowledge. The Dentist is professional with a very kind spirit. I’ve been at Riverdale dental for 5 years and had a great experience overall! It’s a good environment and the staff are professional and friendly. I’ve received good advice and treatment, would definitely recommend!!
The staff at Riverdale dental were very nice and welcoming. The dental work they did for me were great. My overall feeling was good and I would recommend others as well. They also have a weekend availability which was great with my schedule.
I've been a client at Riverdale Dental since 2020, heretofore my dental treatments have been good, but the service I received on 2024 Aug 17 was unprofessional. The dental hygienist that provided service, Benjamin Boniface, did not give good treatment like my previous service providers have.
