My experience with Dr. Mona Mohsen was extremely disappointing. I came in genuinely concerned about my dental health and hoping for guidance on how to improve my situation. Unfortunately, the appointment felt rushed and dismissive. Dr. Mohsen was rude and showed very little empathy for what I was dealing with. My son and I had a great experience with Hema. She's incredible! She took the time to thoroughly explain before and aftercare, which I really appreciated. Throughout the cleaning, she was gentle and constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend Hema and this clinic!
Initial Visits: Ahmed the dental tech who did my cleaning, was wonderful. Did a great job, very easy appt. Subsequent visits with Dentist to fill cavities: Also very good, minimal stress, no pain, as good an experience as I could expect dental work to be!
All the staff are so friendly and supportive. They treat patients with care and respect. The dentist is very patient with me, and makes sure I'm comfortable during the procedures. Thank you to you all.
I got a cleaning/polishing with Hema, who had a great vibe, a gentle touch, and was very professional. I'm quite pleased with her thorough work!
