I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to going to the dentist. Have cancelled many times. This experience was as good as it could be for someone like me. The dentist passed the time doing some country trivia. This took my mind off what was being done and it was over before you I knew it.

Had a great visit with Dr Hanna for a routine checkup and a most pleasant hygiene expierence with Ella. She was very gentle and thorough . Always a pleasure being cared for at Riverside.

I called them. Explained to them the distress I was in from the pain. They said they would have to check. They called me back and were able to squeeze me in. Once I arrived, I was seen within 5 minutes. Very polite and professional staff from reception, to assistants, to the doctors. After the Xray, Dr. Hanna showed me what tooth was causing me the pain. It was not the tooth I thought, which was a molar that had a root canal and had broken apart. (Kudos to Dr. Chris MacDonald for making it last for the many years that it did... read more

Emma was fantastic! She was so gentle with my cleaning and polishing, yet really thorough. It was my first visit here, and the whole team was welcoming and professional. I can see why they’re always so busy. I look forward to my next appointment :)

Had an great appointment. Was very pleased from entering the office right through the end. Dr Chris MacDonald and he's assistant were the best... very happy.
