Ever since I had my appointment with this dental clinic I have been in severe pain. I have never had such a negative experience with dental care in my entire life - never. The receptionist, technicians were all excellent but the care I received from the dentist was subpar and concerning. The dental work began with drilling - into my mouth without enough numbing agent - it was very painful. I only give 4 stars because I really have some level of dentist-o-phobia so it’s never going to be a happy time for me. That said, the hygienist was professional and friendly and the new dentist, Sam, seems pleasant and easy-going.

The hygienists are the ones you see most of the time and they are fantastic! They are gentle, thorough, professional, and always friendly. The dentists (I see one once a year) are great too and I trust them implicitly. I have to drive across town to get here and it's worth it.

Friendly staff. Competent dentist who addressed all of my questions and concerns. In and out in under an hour for fillings. Didn't feel a thing during the procedure.

I was the only client in the place and still I was forced to wait. When I voiced my concerns, I was told it was to be expected at a dentist, just like at a doctors. My doctor is respectful enough to schedule appropriately. I expect no less from my dentist.
