My experience today was amazing. I felt calm I felt at ease I felt I was in the total care of the caring dentist and the dental team. The dental assistance were exceptional and the dentist just took care of me on so many levels. Thank you very much for the amazing experience. Peace begins with a smile.
I recently became a new patient at this dental office, and I am very happy I did! Reception was helpful, Careen (my hygienist) was lovely and friendly, and Dr. Kamra answered any questions regarding some previous dental issues I had. Very happy I made the switch!
I had originally been a patient of DR Ken who was great and then got sent over here when Ken moved The hygienist here are great and friendly, but I have an issue with the office office staff I will never be back. They constantly have issues with calculating insurance payments. They will bill insurance, realize they did it wrong, and then keep calling you and harassing you with phone calls and text messages over amounts of $10 to $12. I’ve been going to to robie street dental clinic for 6 years and it’s always a great experience. The hygienists and Dr. Kamra are good at what they do and always explain what they’re doing and why. I’ve really never had a better experience with a dentist.
Robie Street dental has been our go to since moving to Canada over 5 years ago. Even after moving out of the city we still travel to Robie street dental to the amazing staff. They are amazing with our kids, age 7 and 10. I couldn't fault them.
