I was referred to Dr. Dong due to severe throbbing pain in one of my back teeth, and I have to say, he and his assistant, Christine, are outstanding. Christine kept me informed every step of the way and ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. Dr. Dong did an excellent job and successfully saved my tooth. They make a powerful team. I must commend Christine for her exceptional dedication; I've never encountered a dental assistant who goes above and beyond like she does. Thank you both for your incredible care!
I highly recommend the Rosemont Dental Clinic. I am a patient of Dr Dong and he had a lot of work to get my mouth back into shape. He talks you through each procedure and calmed me down. He has a great team of assistants who are friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Not once, did I feel any pain, even when I received freezing with the needles. First visit here and I’m over the top impressed with the service I received! Lindsey and Shanna attended my fillings and they are amazing, and caring people. I never felt uncomfortable and Shanna did Everything she could to make sure I wasn’t in any pain! She truly is an amazing dental doctor along with the amazing dental assistant! I will for sure be back, thank you rosemont dental receptionists for being so respectful and very nice!
This is the best dental office I have ever been to. From the excellent receptionists in the front to the amazing dentists in the back and everyone in between. I can’t recommend this place enough. Very friendly and always helpful.
All the staff are nice and very approachable. The dentists’ assistants are very gentle and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. They always check if you’re still okay in the middle of the procedure. The dentist is super as well! I was pain-free the entire time. 💗
