It’s my first visit at Rosemont Dental and since I’m a new patient, they did some Xray and cleaning. Emerald was my dental hygienist and she was gentle yet very thorough. Dr. Dong looked at the results of my Xray, explained all the findings as well as all the procedures that needs to be done for my succeeding appointments. I had a great experience at Rosemont Dental yet again. Over multiple visits, I’ve had appointments with both dental hygienists, and each time they were incredibly thorough and did an excellent, very clean job. The staff are always friendly and professional, appointments run on time with little to no waiting, and everything is completed quickly while still being very hygienic and well organized. Direct deposit/payment processing has never been an issue either. Highly recommend!”

I had a quick visit, and overall, it was good. The only thing that was a bit strange was their policy of submitting it as a secondary under the spouse. Since all the places handle insurance for both primary and secondary, customers shouldn’t have to worry about dealing with the insurance company. They only submit as a secondary user for major surgeries, which doesn’t seem right. I think they should definitely change this policy because I might not come back because of this issue.

Way easier than I expected! All the staff are very friendly and polite! Everyone went above and beyond!! All the front end staff were extremely helpful over the phone. The lady that cleaned my teeth was super awesome and very informative, Dr.Dong is an amazing dentist and his assistant was very caring and informative. Very professional dentists, assistants and front counter. They answer all your questions and keep you informed about your treatment. Clean building with up to date equipment. I would recommend.
