Great hygienists, awesome doctor, great customer service. I loved the ambience, modern look, clean environment. I used to go to another branch of Dr. Jun’s clinic at Cathedral for many years but for some reason lately things seemed to have changed a bit there, so decided to try out Rosemont branch, and I am so glad I did. Beyond the best care here. From the receptionist that are content and eager to help, to the hygienist that are so amazing at sharing information and keeping you educated about your dental health, to the dentist that leave you feeling pain free and like yourself again, to the cleanliness of the entire office. I have recommended this place to my family and friends as they take great pride in what they do, I’ve never had a complaint my almost 3 years of being a client !
I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my 79 years and this Clinic is the best! From the super friendly and helpful front office staff to the hygienist and dentist. Kind, knowledgeable, no wait on arrival, no rushing! They explain everything, are respectful and listen to my needs, gentle and pain free. I can’t say enough about everyone at this clinic.
From entering the clinic to leaving, you will have the greatest experience here. The front staff to the dental hygienists, the dental assistants to the dentists themselves are the most kindest, caring, professional individuals. I had an unpleasant issue with being scheduled here, left a review and the team at Rosemont Dental reached out immediately to correct my experience. They were apologetic and accommodating as well as appreciating my business. The blonde front desk lady with the permanent scowl still needs to be trained better on interacting with customers.
