It’s my first visit at Rosemont Dental and since I’m a new patient, they did some Xray and cleaning. Emerald was my dental hygienist and she was gentle yet very thorough. Dr. Dong looked at the results of my Xray, explained all the findings as well as all the procedures that needs to be done for my succeeding appointments. I had a great experience at Rosemont Dental yet again. Over multiple visits, I’ve had appointments with both dental hygienists, and each time they were incredibly thorough and did an excellent, very clean job. The staff are always friendly and professional, appointments run on time with little to no waiting, and everything is completed quickly while still being very hygienic and well organized. Direct deposit/payment processing has never been an issue either. Highly recommend!”
I had a quick visit, and overall, it was good. The only thing that was a bit strange was their policy of submitting it as a secondary under the spouse. Since all the places handle insurance for both primary and secondary, customers shouldn’t have to worry about dealing with the insurance company. They only submit as a secondary user for major surgeries, which doesn’t seem right. I think they should definitely change this policy because I might not come back because of this issue.
The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always makes the space feel safe and welcoming. They’re quick, do an amazing job with cleanings and fillings, and never pressure you into extra services. Really appreciate how smooth and stress-free every visit feels!
One of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Kind, gentle, explained everything that was happening, reviewed X-rays with me, and very attentive to my comfort. They only bill the primary insurance except for big things like crowns, bridges, etc. but they gave me an itemized bill and explained the best way to submit it to my partner’s plan. All in all, 5/5
