Saints. All of them. From the front desk, to the hygienist and support staff to the two dentist I got to meet (Dr Smith, Dr Kirsten). I had not been to a dentist in over a decade because I had a horrible experience with dental surgery at another clinic in another province. It turned me off dentists and I do have generalized anxiety and ptsd so I don’t cope well with new environments , new people or changes. I cannot recommend this office enough. I absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and kindness. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and has such a calm atmosphere. The dentists and hygienists are incredibly gentle, patient, and take the time to explain everything. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their smiles. I’m so glad I found this place—I won’t go anywhere else!
I called for an appointment to fix a broken tooth. The staff got me in within a couple hours which was wonderful. I can only say how wonderful all of the staff are. Thank you for taking such great care of my teeth.
The receptionist are amazing ladies. I always have a good laugh when I come in. The hygienist was very gentle. I have very sensitive teeth. The dentist was very thorough with his exam and explained everything in great detail of what was going to happen. I greatly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back.
A visit here starts with the ever-friendly receptionists, who will always try to find an answer to any question you may have. Amazing staff/dentists who are friendly, upbeat, who will be aware of new dental procedures as they become available, as well as products, efficient, as well as being knowledgeable. You leave here knowing that you have received the best care possible for your oral health and amazingly, in a good mood for having visited a dentist!
