I absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and kindness. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and has such a calm atmosphere. The dentists and hygienists are incredibly gentle, patient, and take the time to explain everything. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their smiles. I’m so glad I found this place—I won’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been going here for most my life and though there’s been lots of changes and new location, its always been a pleasant experience and they have kept up with the latest tech from Game Boys back in the day (I looked forward to the dentist as a kid) to the latest air/water cleaning and comfortable, sunlit rooms. Even though I now live in south Edmonton, I still make the extra trip at least twice a year for the good dental care and familiar, friendly faces. The receptionist are amazing ladies. I always have a good laugh when I come in. The hygienist was very gentle. I have very sensitive teeth. The dentist was very thorough with his exam and explained everything in great detail of what was going to happen. I greatly appreciate it and will definitely be coming back.
The staff are friendly and professional, making sure their clients are comfortable and prepared. The front line staff are always ready to help in any way they can. I have never had a bad experience in the (approx)10 years I have been going here.
Dr.. Victoria is the best dentist ever and I am not just saying that because she had sharp tools near my face. I don't usually describe a trip to the dentist as a delightful experience, but Dr. Victoria is an absolute gem , so skilled ,so kind and somehow made me forget that I was voluntarily sitting in a chair with my mouth wide open while someone wheeled tiny metal instruments.
