Saints. All of them. From the front desk, to the hygienist and support staff to the two dentist I got to meet (Dr Smith, Dr Kirsten). I had not been to a dentist in over a decade because I had a horrible experience with dental surgery at another clinic in another province. It turned me off dentists and I do have generalized anxiety and ptsd so I don’t cope well with new environments , new people or changes. I cannot recommend this office enough. After an extremely traumatic experience in Edmonton, three years ago- I came to Fort Saskatchewan Ross Creek Dental for a check up. I absolutely love this dental office! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth and kindness. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and has such a calm atmosphere. The dentists and hygienists are incredibly gentle, patient, and take the time to explain everything. You can tell they truly care about their patients and their smiles. I’m so glad I found this place—I won’t go anywhere else!
I’ve been going here for most my life and though there’s been lots of changes and new location, its always been a pleasant experience and they have kept up with the latest tech from Game Boys back in the day (I looked forward to the dentist as a kid) to the latest air/water cleaning and comfortable, sunlit rooms. Even though I now live in south Edmonton, I still make the extra trip at least twice a year for the good dental care and familiar, friendly faces. A visit here starts with the ever-friendly receptionists, who will always try to find an answer to any question you may have. Amazing staff/dentists who are friendly, upbeat, who will be aware of new dental procedures as they become available, as well as products, efficient, as well as being knowledgeable. You leave here knowing that you have received the best care possible for your oral health and amazingly, in a good mood for having visited a dentist!
