Terrible experience! Dr. Roy was extremely rude to me and started dismissing my concerns when he found out I needed assistance paying. You should treat all patients with respect as a healthcare professional, not only those who have thousands of dollars. I do not appreciate this discrimination. You should be in this profession to help people with their teeth and oral health, not just to make tons of money. Stay Away!
My experience at Roy Dental over the past several years, having had a root canal and a crown replaced , with minimal pain (being from analgesic injections) has been excellent.
Super great team. From the front staff to the dentist, they make the visit comfortable and enjoyable. My hygienist, Isabel is very thorough, super friendly and knowledgeable. She answers all my questions in detail and makes me feel good about my oral hygiene that I take very seriously. Dr. Charles Roy is excellent at what he does. He is also very thorough with his exams and makes sure to explain every step. I would highly recommend this team!
Just lovely! My recent visit to Roy Dental was an excellent experience, and I'm so glad I decided to switch dentists! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and courteous. Everyone was kind, helpful, and I appreciated that they were bilingual. The dentist was thorough in his exam, taking the time to explain everything clearly and present me with different options.
