All staff here at Royal Oak Dental are so friendly and courteous. They are prompt and never make you wait long. They are informative and always let you know about the financial situation regarding your insurance. You’re always greeted when you come or leave. Such a great place. Service is top notch.

I can honestly say that the staff at the Royal Oak Dental Clinic is very courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. The appointment began at exactly 11:00 am, as scheduled. The dental clinician was very profesional and careful to not exert any pressure on my face. She was able to answer all my concerns and gave me several recommendations to help me with my oral hygiene. I was very pleased with the attention I received.

Very good appointment yesterday! Everyone including the receptionists are very kind, but I do have favourites: Dr. Scott, Taylor, dental assistant and Michelle, dental hygienist. They take an interest in you and have great senses of humour. They always explain what they are doing and listen to any concerns. Best dental office ever!

Have been going to this Dental clinic for years. Doctors Jan, Scott, and Jody are great. Very caring and knowledgeable. Staff together with dental hygienists are wonderful. They all take great care of their patients. Would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

This place is really great. The hygienists are fantastic--so kind and helpful, and very patient with the kids. The dentists are straightforward and efficient. We appreciate how they fit our appointments concurrently so for check-ups for 3 kids we're in and out in less than 45 mins.
