Haven’t been to the dentist in years and I felt respected with no guilt or shame for having neglected this part of my health. They were extremely sensitive to past negative experiences and made every effort to help me feel comfortable. The staff explained everything in detail and made sure I understood the condition of my teeth and all of my options. Great first experience.
I have been coming to this clinic for 18+ years, and have had lots of dental work, my experience with Royal Oak dental has always been great and very positive! ! I was there for cleaning, great service by Marilyn hygienist as always, very caring and efficient! I recently also had a crown done by Dr, Jodi, and the experience was simply amazing with new technology, I got to see the colour of the crown after it was baked, and it was a close match, wow! Amazing! The Team and staff at Royal Oak dental are awesome! Thank you 😊
I have been going to see Dr Jody for 20 years and today met Dr Scott. He was great and took the time to go over all my concerns. The dental hygienist Sam did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would highly recommend this dental clinic as they treat you like family.
All the staff are kind and professional. Marilyn is an excellent dental hygenist. She is very thorough, takes time to explain what she's doing and is such a calming presence for anyone with dental anxiety. I actually enjoy coming in for my cleaning appointments with her! Taylor and Dr. Scott are always great as well. The clinic itself is very clean and well-run. My appointments are always on schedule with minimal waiting around. I highly recommend Royal Oak Dental!
