Everyone at Runway Dental was so kind and helpful. I wasn't even a patient, from out of Province, and with a very sore tooth. I was calling around to find someone to help. They went out of their way to get me in, were absolutely delightful to deal with and got me out of pain. It was excellent care AND very fairly priced! I am just so grateful to everyone!
Update January 29 2026 Each time I meet with Dr Peters my respect for him grows. I have had a troublesome implant for years that had been looked at by 3 dentists and two specialists to no avail. Dr. Peters researched it and found a critical component had broken - this had been missed by everyone else. I have seen many excellent dentists in my time but measured by any scale - professionalism, competency, patient care - Dr Peters is the finest dentist I have met. Top flight dental office... pun intended! The staff never fail to be anything other than exceedingly pleasant and competent. More importantly, my inner child always delights at the decor. Only one thing might improve the experience: having the option to be outfitted in something like a pilot's hat during an exam. I'll just have to content myself with making airplane sounds on my way out the door.
Moving to a new Dentist is always a big thing but with Runway, it was a obvious from the moment I walked into the main reception ... From the initial friendly and professional onboarding from the front desk staff (Sarah) to the commited yet gentle touch from Lindsay with my teeth cleaning (and I'm the biggest baby!) to the friendly and informative dentist 'Dr. Joe' by my side profiling my habits and asking the right questions for the best results for the customer has been a great , a truly refreshing experience. I love love LOVE this place!!🩷 Coming from the Netherlands, I was used to my doctor there for years for Botox and skin rejuvenation.
