I’ve always had a great experience at this dental office. The dental hygienist is extremely friendly and welcoming — she remembers every detail from our previous visits, even though we only see each other a couple of times a year. That personal touch makes the whole experience feel so comfortable and positive. She does a fantastic job with cleanings and always makes me leave with a smile. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients!
My first time there and all the staff I had dealt with was very friendly. Everything was explained in advance and it was submitted to my work insurance for me so I didn't have to do it. It seems like they merge with the braces practice a few doors over so you can do your braces and your regular dental stuff here.
My experience here was less than satisfactory, they charged me extra for things that I did not even ask for without telling me. They added unreasonable and unnecessary charges that I only found out about when I had to pay. Then a month later they called claiming my insurance didn’t cover it although I had asked her repeatedly if my insurance was covering it. The actual service was not the best either. If I could give 0 stars, I would. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Dr. Libstug is honestly one of the best dentists I’ve been to. He’s super friendly, gentle, and makes sure you’re comfortable the whole time. The staff is also great, very welcoming and professional.
Good customer service. The doctors seem professional and know what they are doing. I have been their customer for a few years, and always had a good expirience.
