My daughter is 3 and visited this clinic today. Previously we were unable to even look in her mouth at the dentist, but today she sat in the chair and they were able to do a full cleaning! The staff were all so friendly, from the moment we walked in the door and made her feel so confident and comfortable.
Absolutely amazing approach to young kids. It was my 3 year olds first time at the dentist and they talked him through everything. They were funny and kind, using kid friendly techniques to make the unfamiliar environment seem less intimidating.
I now have multiple experiences at this clinic. The staff are warm and professional. Inclusive of all genders. The hygienists and assistants are friendly and easygoing and made me and both kids feel comfortable. Dr Moore is excellent. She is so skilled at supporting patients with fears. She explains actions, offers breaks, is so gentle, and just the best.
Dr. Sarah and her team were wonderful with my 9 yr old son. It was his first time getting a filling without being at the IWK and they made him super comfortable. The Office staff are wonderful, pleasant and welcoming. The Office itself is clean and well looked after. Thank you to all!!! You're very appreciated:)
I have been going to Sackville Dental for over 40 years. Like many the dentist is not my favorite place to go but the patience and care they provide has eased my fears. Dr. Low is amazing and works hard to make my visits positive. Brittany my hygienist is so good at what she does I actually enjoy our visits. From the time I walk in the front door to when I leave everyone works hard at making me feel cared for.
