The staff are always very friendly and Dr. Lo is really great with my son. He is always very patient and explains everything he is doing. Our last visit was due to him chipping his front addict tooth at school and they got him in right away and did an amazing job repairing it. The hygienists are amazing as well! Very friendly, gentle and competent.
This was my first visit to Sackville Dental and was a very pleasant one. They were busy so my visit took longer than anticipated, but they were very kind and apologized for the delay. Dr. Lo was truly lovely and made me feel comfortable having my procedure done. The reception and all of the staff were so sweet. I would highly recommend this dental clinic.
Been a patient here for 45+ years. Front desk staff are amazing. The dental professionals have always been excellent. I could not be happier with the dental care I get at Sackville Dental Centre. They're like part of the family at this point.
7 month wait time for a cleaning. When I made my appointment, I was told I was put on a cancellation waitlist. After 6 months, with no call- I contacted another clinic who got me in within a week and was an amazing experience. I only received a call for my appointment reminder. I understand they allegedly have a shortage of hygienists. But I do not believe there were no cancelations in 7 months.
Dr. Moore is absolutely amazing! She should I am a very complex case, with years of rampant decay, going untreated. This resulted in broken teeth, infections, emergency extractions, multiple abscesses etc. When I finally got over the shame and embarrassment, And the CDC came out, My first visit was absolutely incredible.
