Was so impressed with Saddleback Dental. From reception to the dentist. Dr Joseph and his hygienist made me feel so welcome and relaxed. Everyone was so professional. I had more work done on my teeth than I had anticipated and was so happy I did. The work performed was awesome and above my expectation. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!
Terrible experience. I expressed several times before coming in (I booked weeks in advance) that I wanted all 4 wisdom teeth removed in one visit. It was very much possible, however they wouldn't tell me no but instead kept dragging it out. 3 different times when they reached out to me I expressed the same thing every time and they said "they'll do their best". What does that even mean? You should have been upfront with me, but instead you want more of my money to come back a 2nd time to get the other two teeth pulled. I als... read more
It was my first time getting a root canal, and I was super nervous. But Dr. Robin did such a good job making sure I was comfortable and kept checking on me. Kudos to all the staff—they were all really helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Ella and Ms. Kate. ♥️
Amazing dentist! All the staff are so friendly and kind! They are also very good at making sure i’m not in pain or uncomfortable while they are working on my teeth.
Very clean and well kept office, and very nice and welcoming staff. Many dental/doctors offices if you show up for your scheduled appointment, you're still waiting well past your appointment time to be seen. Not here. Here they can often fit you in hours, or even sometimes DAYS before your scheduled appointment, and they will text you to see if you're available to come in early.
