I had an outstanding experience at Sandy Hill dental centre from start to finish! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating with my last-minute appointment — professional and efficient. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. My hygienist was amazing — gentle, thorough, and explained every step of the cleaning in a way that made me feel completely at ease. Apologies for the delay in answering the survey. Sandy Hill Dental Centre has always been a special place for me. I always feel at home and receive the best of care. I was pleasantly surprised to see two staff members at the entrance, welcoming the patients as they came in. I still have not received my invoice(dental plan) for my last treatment. Maybe it will be added to my next appointment on August 7th. Thanks for your friendliness and competent care.
Jane was my dentist and honestly we had a romp. 10/10 time at the dentist we were cracking each other up. She made me feel comfortable and I honestly wouldn't normally say I had a blast at the dentist but it was a vibe. Thanks for being you Jane!!

I love all the staff at Sandy Hill Dental. Everybody is friendly and make you feel like family. You never have to wait and they bend over backwards to give you the appointment time that works best for you. Heck, Barb, the wonderful admin even knows without asking what times I prefer. The hygienists always asks how my daughter is even though she has left Ottawa and are always so excited to hear how well she is doing. Dr Major is an incredibly talented dentist.
