I love all the staff at Sandy Hill Dental. Everybody is friendly and make you feel like family. You never have to wait and they bend over backwards to give you the appointment time that works best for you. Heck, Barb, the wonderful admin even knows without asking what times I prefer. The hygienists always asks how my daughter is even though she has left Ottawa and are always so excited to hear how well she is doing. Dr Major is an incredibly talented dentist. Always get treated like gold at Sandy Hill Dental. Barb is always kind and warm and accommodating. The dental hygienists and dentists are outstanding and just as kind. The office is spotless, hygenically maintained to the highest standards and runs like a well oiled machine. I never have to wait and the payment process is well organized. I love this place and been coming here for the past 44 years. I’ve been coming to the clinic for over 7 years now and have always had an excellent experience. The clinic has such a home-y feel and all the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. My recent cleaning was with Jane and she always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Thanks again as always :) ps love the new renovations happening!
Always such a pleasant experience! I've been coming here for three years and I am thrilled (yes, for the dentist!) to continue coming back. All the staff are incredibly friendly, the clinic environment is charming, and the commitment to excellent dental care is constantly maintained. For both major procedures and regular cleanings, they take the time to explain what they're doing and suggest at-home practices for continued care. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff and a very calming environment. All stages of my dental work were thorough and painless, and excellent advice was provided along the way to make sure my dental health is maintained or improved. Would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to my next visit
