I had an outstanding experience at Sandy Hill dental centre from start to finish! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating with my last-minute appointment — professional and efficient. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. My hygienist was amazing — gentle, thorough, and explained every step of the cleaning in a way that made me feel completely at ease. These guys are awesome. I’ve been to a lot of different dentists throughout the years and I have never felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in the chair. They send you lots of reminders for your appointments and work with insurance companies to get you reimbursed quick.
Apologies for the delay in answering the survey. Sandy Hill Dental Centre has always been a special place for me. I always feel at home and receive the best of care. I was pleasantly surprised to see two staff members at the entrance, welcoming the patients as they came in. I still have not received my invoice(dental plan) for my last treatment. Maybe it will be added to my next appointment on August 7th. Thanks for your friendliness and competent care.
Nice reception, good, very thorough cleaning and kind treatment. Full attention to reported molar pain. However, previous visit was a different story. I found that the dentist then a bit brusque and kept telling me the procedure was nearly over while I was having difficulty swallowing. After the previous filling, was repaired was repaired, the top surface was perfect, but a lump of the material was left on the interior side, so I immediately went back and it was smoothed out.
Jane was my dentist and honestly we had a romp. 10/10 time at the dentist we were cracking each other up. She made me feel comfortable and I honestly wouldn't normally say I had a blast at the dentist but it was a vibe. Thanks for being you Jane!!
