First off, all of the staff is so very kind! Secondly, they explain everything so well: the dentists (I have seen a few different dentists since going here) all are fun and explain what they are doing so you aren't just sitting in the chair wondering. The hygienist and support staff nail it every time with how helpful and friendly they are. I started going here because I live close and it is convenient but even if I move I will still continue with these lovely people!
My favourite dentist clinic in Ottawa… Such a great admin staff & exceptional care. I went to other clinics around town but had to come back to these folks because they were the best clinic I’d ever been to. Dr. Ahmed rocks and is super conscientious and approachable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist in Ottawa!
I had an outstanding experience at Sandy Hill dental centre from start to finish! The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating with my last-minute appointment — professional and efficient. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. My experience at Sandy Hill Dental Centre was a positive one! The front desk receptionist was very friendly, accommodating, and both the dental hygienist and dentist that saw me and worked on my teeth were very knowledgeable and effective in explaining my current oral health to me in clear terms. The process was very transparent as the dentist explained to me her observations of my x-ray scans and the 3D imaging of my teeth. Upon my arrival, my whole experience went great. From Barb, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating, to my dental hygienist Anna, who was very calming and answered all my questions. She was very gentle in her work, and understanding in my nervousness. She even hums while working.
