My favourite dentist clinic in Ottawa… Such a great admin staff & exceptional care. I went to other clinics around town but had to come back to these folks because they were the best clinic I’d ever been to. Dr. Ahmed rocks and is super conscientious and approachable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist in Ottawa!
My experience at Sandy Hill Dental Centre was a positive one! The front desk receptionist was very friendly, accommodating, and both the dental hygienist and dentist that saw me and worked on my teeth were very knowledgeable and effective in explaining my current oral health to me in clear terms. The process was very transparent as the dentist explained to me her observations of my x-ray scans and the 3D imaging of my teeth. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience!! I initially had an appointment scheduled with a dentist, but shortly before, I was informed that the doctor couldn’t make it and that only a cleaning could be done instead. I still came in, only for the appointment to start 30 minutes late. The hygienist was very kind and did her best to improve the situation, which is the only positive part of this experience. I am so lucky to be able to find such a great dental clinic here in Ottawa. Their receptionist are always sweet and helpful. Dr. Ahmed and Abbey always do very professional jobs. I had a filling replacement today and it was super quick without any pain and uncomfortableness! I highly recommend to everyone.
Apologies for the delay in answering the survey. Sandy Hill Dental Centre has always been a special place for me. I always feel at home and receive the best of care. I was pleasantly surprised to see two staff members at the entrance, welcoming the patients as they came in. I still have not received my invoice(dental plan) for my last treatment. Maybe it will be added to my next appointment on August 7th. Thanks for your friendliness and competent care.
