I am so lucky to be able to find such a great dental clinic here in Ottawa. Their receptionist are always sweet and helpful. Dr. Ahmed and Abbey always do very professional jobs. I had a filling replacement today and it was super quick without any pain and uncomfortableness! I highly recommend to everyone.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and accommodating with my last-minute appointment — professional and efficient. I was so impressed with how smoothly everything was handled. These guys are awesome. I’ve been to a lot of different dentists throughout the years and I have never felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in the chair. They send you lots of reminders for your appointments and work with insurance companies to get you reimbursed quick.
Apologies for the delay in answering the survey. Sandy Hill Dental Centre has always been a special place for me. I always feel at home and receive the best of care. I was pleasantly surprised to see two staff members at the entrance, welcoming the patients as they came in. I still have not received my invoice(dental plan) for my last treatment. Maybe it will be added to my next appointment on August 7th. Thanks for your friendliness and competent care.
Reception was friendly until they found out I had previously inquired about ODSP patient availability, even though I was using CDCP, at which point they politely but firmly told me that simply being associated with ODSP was enough reason to refuse me as a patient. Don't bother inquiring if you are disabled, they don't want you even if you have insurance elsewhere.
