I had an appointment at this clinic last Tuesday, and after taking a few days to process the experience, I feel compelled to share it. Before the procedure began, I clearly informed the doctor that I typically require additional anesthesia because it wears off quickly for me, and that I have a low pain tolerance. Been going here for a few years, Always super super impressed the staff here go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and always leave happy! Barb will always welcome you openly, Hygienists are always so happy and smiling, both dentists are amazing as well! I don’t even like going to the dentist but if i’m going here I know i’ll be great and in good hands. Thanks guys! 🩷
Excellent experience! I went in for a cleaning and a check-up, and the team was incredibly professional and helpful. They identified a gum issue I wasn't aware of and explained the next steps clearly. I highly recommend this clinic!
First off, all of the staff is so very kind! Secondly, they explain everything so well: the dentists (I have seen a few different dentists since going here) all are fun and explain what they are doing so you aren't just sitting in the chair wondering. The hygienist and support staff nail it every time with how helpful and friendly they are. I started going here because I live close and it is convenient but even if I move I will still continue with these lovely people!
