The girls at the front desk were really good and so kind with everything from start to finish. The very nice hygienist was really informative with what was going on and how to correct it. Walked me through what she was doing the whole time.
The dental hygienist and the assistant clearly had no idea what they were doing.The hygienist kept trying to tell me that the pain was from clenching and grinding.I've dealt with clenching and grinding pain for a long time now, so I'm pretty sure I know what that pain feels like. My tooth is extremely painful and feels like it's throbbing. Maybe you guys should be hiring people who actually know what they are doing. That was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. I have recently become a client and I'm absolutely loving how I am feel like an individual, not just a mouth in a procession line. I'm so excited for my new smile.I can't even contain it. Stay contagious wear that smile.
Such a great experience - especially if anxiety is high going in. I always leave wondering why I dread going each time! Excellent.
The staff went out of their way to squeeze me in after 6 p.m. , I had a large filling come out and they did their best and got me in their busy schedule , and they did it with a smile and explained everything and got right to their job, very professional and kind.
