I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Richardson at the dental office in the Neilson Rd & Ellesmere plaza in Scarborough. What a welcoming and friendly dental office. From when you walk in they greet you by name. Simra and Amanda are great and answered my questions I had. Today I went for a cleaning with Haajirah who was fantastic. She took her time and did a great job. You can tell she loves what she does and takes pride in her job. I wasn’t there to see the dentist but I saw Afroza, his assistant who recognized me and greeted me as well. I’m glad to have found this place and highly recommend it, thanks to all the wonderful staff.
Great staff & orthodontist—professional, gentle, and clear about every step. My tooth implant process was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. Healing went well, and the final result looks natural and feels strong. The cost was also reasonably priced- highly recommend.

I've been coming to this dental office for 30 years and was disappointed when Dr Richardson announced his retirement a few years ago. Most of the staff have turned over but I am pleased to say that the new staff are just as pleasant and friendly. Samta, the dental hygienist, has been with them for over 20 years and she remains a big asset to the office. I am very happy she remains on staff.
