Ive been coming here since i was a child this facility has always taken care of me in the best of ways. Everyone here is extremely friendly from the receptionist at the desk to the dentist themself. They are always very accommodating to my appointments even when having to change last minute for work. I had 12 cavities that were all done within a month. Dr mark was very gentle and professional he made the process easy and painless. I would recommend this dental office to anyone that need work done in the GTA!
I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and it was very easy to get a quick appointment. The doctor took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Amanda was also incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic.
Amazing! Everyone was so welcoming, the areas were clean and sanitary, they treated my 3 year old incredibly.. she was a little nervous it being her first cleaning but they did fantastic with her! Receptionist at the front is so lovely as well! (Didn’t catch her name unfortunately)
I've been coming to this dental office for 30 years and was disappointed when Dr Richardson announced his retirement a few years ago. Most of the staff have turned over but I am pleased to say that the new staff are just as pleasant and friendly. Samta, the dental hygienist, has been with them for over 20 years and she remains a big asset to the office. I am very happy she remains on staff. Amazing service !!! I really appreciate that the dentist along with receptionists follow up with you in regards to pain and symptoms after receiving any services. Everyone is extremely polite and welcoming 10/10 …grateful to have Dr Mark as my new Dentist !
