When we were first referred to Scotia Dental on April 2, 2026, I was honestly surprised to be given a consultation appointment as far out as the end of August. We were initially told that they were booking about 6 months out from the consultation for treatment as well. Thankfully, they added us to their cancellation list and we were able to get in much sooner—on April 23, 2026—which I really appreciated. Absolutely wonderful experience from the first appointment May 5th, 2026 as a new patient, both check-up and subsequent cleaning appointments were top notch in every aspect, from how welcoming the administration staff is, to how at ease everyone makes you feel. We’ve started dental treatment for my son (age 6). Very pleased with the staff’s work. Always on time, with no problems or issues.
Dr Murti is lovely, cares for the patient, doesn't just do her job to complete it. Dr James has been great for my daughter too. Every visit has been smooth and easy.
