The Dental Hygienist was great, made my teeth feel 10/10 clean, leaving the office. However, the two ladies working the front desk, demonstrated unprofessional behavior that was extremely off-putting and distasteful. Trying to whisper to one another, from behind the desk. They gossiped about almost every client that came and left, even clients who they were on the phone with. I had my first appointment yesterday, and it was such a positive experience! I was super nervous after not having been to the dentist in quite some time. They made me feel comfortable and were super kind! Can’t wait for my next visit! ☺️
Recently, I had my first appointment at SeaPort Dental with Dr. Alison Nette. Highest of professionalism with genuine caring. A busy clinic, yet no sense of being rushed. She did a very thorough exam and diagnosis then took the time to patiently explain my dental issue showing the tooth on an amazingly clear X-ray screen. Very impressed !! I feel privileged to have such an amazing dentist. 🙂
