Recently, I had my first appointment at SeaPort Dental with Dr. Alison Nette. Highest of professionalism with genuine caring. A busy clinic, yet no sense of being rushed. She did a very thorough exam and diagnosis then took the time to patiently explain my dental issue showing the tooth on an amazingly clear X-ray screen. Very impressed !! I feel privileged to have such an amazing dentist. 🙂
After having a not so plesent experience at another dentistry clinic , I was hesitant to and feared to go. These worries were understood with great empathy and compassion. The entire interaction was pleasant from the front reception, to dental assistants and my dentist was amazing willing to explain step by step and explained breaks are okay if I needed them. This clinic has done a phenomenal job at making me feel comfortable.
I needed an urgent molar extraction and was a first time patient. They gave me an appointment and put me on the cancellation call list. Within an hour I received a call to fit me in the same day. Dr Nette worked on me for over an hour (she had to push back her next appointment)...and did she ever work. My teeth have long roots and stubbornly resist removal. She was ever aware of my comfort.
