Jenny really took care of me and made sure that I was comfortable with the heat of the room, my body and head position. This made my experience all the more better as my very pregnant body needed comfort that day. The staff are all so friendly and even made my son’s first dentist experience a positive one! He enjoyed it so much and wasn’t scared at all. My husband also hadn’t been to the dentist in 7+ years and they took care of him very well in our visits and in charging our insurance.
Admin staff at the front is very nice. Explain everything in detail. Set up all the things for payment properly, to make sure there are no surprise costs. Nice and fast service. The only thing, an assistant didn’t offer any advice for pain relief. Would be better of they also consider and bring some help for customers in critical situation. But, overall nice, clean, welcoming environment.
I had my first appointment at Seton Family Dental today; and it was a great experience. It had been a year since my last dental appointment due to health issues and anxiety but from the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome and at ease, like family by Stephanie and Patti. I had my cleaning done by hygienist Amy; whom was so gentle and patient I barely needed the topical numbing usually required; and my exam with Dr. Jake MacArthur went far better than expected. I had Dr.Andrea Piccoli as my dentist. She was fantastic and really informative. The girls at the front and the helpers in the back were very nice and helpful. I booked my wife with them as well. Very happy.
I procrastinated for weeks and finally just decide to myself, just go. Made an appointment not knowing what to expect. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left I felt respected, heard and comfortable. Alicia and Sam are incredible. I've got a clear path forward and I'm looking forward to my new smile. Fabulous team, great atmosphere and just a wonderful experience! Thank you team!
