I had a wonderful experience during my dental cleaning today. Sandra, the hygienist, was incredibly calm, gentle, and patient, especially with my dental phobia. She explained everything and made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Andréia was also very kind, attentive, and reassuring. I felt truly cared for and supported. I highly recommend this clinic and this amazing team!
The staff is very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. All three of my visits were nice. My last visit was to have my wisdom tooth extracted and I was terrified. Dr. Damji was wonderful and gentle. He said “I’ll take good care of you” and he did. My fear melted away and before I took a deep breath it was over. Painless!! It’s truly a caring place.
As a former dental assistant, I am always looking at best practices. How was the reception, how was the greeting from the DA did they introduce themselves or just merely put me in a room and go through the checklist. My experience was exceptional, I felt comfortable as if it was not my first visit, thank you Hannah and then there was dentist Dr. Damji, he has great energy, is very knowledgeable and kind talking to both Hannah and I, that was important to me. Dr MacArthur and the team were very friendly and professional. They were great even with my toddler, she was happy after the visit and was asking when she can visit again. I am certain that the treatment and plan of action for further treatment is drawn keeping my best interest.
Dr.Damji is an amazing dentist and human being! He is patient and kind and the expertise and innovative dental work is outstanding. Incredibly enough I feel calm when I come in for even major dental work. I highly recommend him to the young and old. You’ll never regret it!
