There isn't enough words to express how grateful i am for my experience with Seton Family Dental Centre. For someone who avoided the dentist for years Seton Dental made me feel comfortable every step of the way. From the front desk, Dental hygienest, dentist and denturist. Everyone was very kind, understanding and explained every process thoroughly without making you feel bad or even feel pressured. They meet you where you're at and provide the best care. Dr Damji is the best. He really cares about his patients and helps them in every way. My husband followed Damji when he changed locations and would follow him again... He just makes you feel so comfortable!
It is way too expensive. They charged me 5 times the price what I used to pay in Oshawa Dental Center. It was our first visit to there center and without informing us what all services they are going to provide, they took x-rays and did some cleaning. We thought it is routine checkup as same services our old dental used to provide us.We were shocked when we checked our insurance they had billed me 850 dollars and top of that they even charged around 15 dollars which we paid from our pocket. I've been going to this dental clinic a few times now, and every visit has been a great experience. Everything is super professional, quick, and high-quality. The staff is friendly and organized, and the whole atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Special thanks to Dr. Picolini — incredibly skilled, gentle, and truly cares about the patient. You can tell you're in good hands. Highly recommend!
My experience at Seton Family Dental Centre was amazing! From the moment I walked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist was kind, and she was so gentle with my teeth, unlike other dentistry's where afterwards, my gums are in pain. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and she even offered me a toothbrush and floss, which I feel like I never receive after my appointments anymore! This was such a good experience, definitely going back.
