I just had the worst dental experience ever at Seton Family Dental Centre, and I feel compelled to share it. From the moment I tried to find the clinic, it was a hassle. Google says it’s on the second floor, but it’s actually on the main floor, hidden behind an optical store. I spent 10 minutes just trying to find the place, but okay, I eventually got there. I recently had a fantastic experience at seton family dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-organized. Dr. Jake MacArthur was thorough and took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making me feel at ease throughout. Well appointed clinic. Admin team was great at getting me set up as a new patient. Appreciate their hours of operation. Took a bit to find the office in the professional building (maybe more signage?) but parking was nearby and accessible. They got me in quickly for some restorative work. That was much appreciated. Have signed up for future visits.
My son and I had a great experience yesterday for my tooth extraction and 3 teeth extraction and molar filling for my son. Staff are very welcoming and our dentist, Dr. Zee is very professional and did his work in a very comfortable and quick way, just like magic I must say and Mariam is very sweet and accommodating. The clinic have a calm and clean ambiance that makes it less anxious. Kudos to team SFDC!!!
Jenny really took care of me and made sure that I was comfortable with the heat of the room, my body and head position. This made my experience all the more better as my very pregnant body needed comfort that day. The staff are all so friendly and even made my son’s first dentist experience a positive one! He enjoyed it so much and wasn’t scared at all. My husband also hadn’t been to the dentist in 7+ years and they took care of him very well in our visits and in charging our insurance.
