Im not a patient here but I decided to go to them to see if they had payment plans. I walked in and talked to the receptionist and showed them a quote I needed done feom my current dentist and they gave me a $200 cheaper quote. The receptionist and manager were very, helpful, and caring for my needs. I have made an appointment and can use their payment plan that they use.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. We had such a great experience. The hygienist explained everything in a way my child could understand, and the dentist was kind and very thorough. Definitely made my kids first dental appointment Wonderful!! We won’t go anywhere else! 10/10
Accommodating, friendly, and gently. That was the most comfortable cleaning I have had in a while. Everyone was kind and comforting. We had a few laughs and I got some great advice on the way out. 10/10 Experience.
I was abused, laughed at for crying & yelled at. The dentist walked in yelling at me "HOW ARE YOU TODAY" I JUMPED & panicked why is a A MAN yelling at a young female with PTSD! It caused me to shake & cry. The dentist was upset at me because I was scared after he yelled at me cause i made a nervous joke saying " ill talk to my therapist about you i chuckled nervously through my tears" BTW I did tell my therapist she said what he did to me is malpractice! Absolutely had a great experience. Came in to get a cavity re filled because my previous dentist messed it up bad! I can’t remember which dentist I saw at salt city but whoever it was deserves a raise! Handled everything professionally and kindly. Even paid for my cavity re filled because my insurance denied it and said he didn’t feel comfortable letting me leave in so much pain from someone’s negligence. Thank you salt city dental tremendously I can never repay or thank you enough you for what you guys did for me today!
