I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr, Yeates and his staff today, and I must say what a wonderful experience it was! I cannot say enough good things about Salt City Dental. I dont have dental insurance so when it came time.to replace my upper partial they didnt hesitate taking me on as a patient. They are caring and kind and answer all of my questions. They know my name when I walk through the door. They are kind, sweet people who treat their patients like real people.
Salt City Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff is always so friendly, professional, and gentle — they truly make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Yates was fantastic — thorough, kind, and really took the time to explain everything and make sure I was at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Salt City Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that combines excellent care with a warm, welcoming atmosphere!
I started coming here after my insurance had changed and they were one of the few to accept my new insurance. My hygienist was wonderful. Dr is honest & pushed for filling replacement instead of a root canal, and it fixed the trouble I was having! Dr was able to knock out 4 fillings in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the quick yet through work. They’ve gained a long term patient that just happened to show up after an insurance change!
I loved my experience at the dentist office. All of the people are professional. Today the receptionist even copied to ids I needed to give my van driver so I could get my commodities in Pratt. The dentist took a picture of my new dentures for me, can't wait till I get them in my mouth, they are so beautiful
