From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and helpful. We had such a great experience. The hygienist explained everything in a way my child could understand, and the dentist was kind and very thorough. Definitely made my kids first dental appointment Wonderful!! We won’t go anywhere else! 10/10
Would put 0 starts if I could. DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS PAID THEN CALL AND SAY YOU OWE 100s OF DOLLARS!! Worst experience and rude receptionists. ALSO I GOT 7 FILLINGS!! They messed one of them up and knew it at the time, but said they did not have time to fix it so I had to come back which was extremely painful. Inconsiderate people and I would go to any other dentist around here if you can.
Absolutely had a great experience. Came in to get a cavity re filled because my previous dentist messed it up bad! I can’t remember which dentist I saw at salt city but whoever it was deserves a raise! Handled everything professionally and kindly. Even paid for my cavity re filled because my insurance denied it and said he didn’t feel comfortable letting me leave in so much pain from someone’s negligence. Thank you salt city dental tremendously I can never repay or thank you enough you for what you guys did for me today!
Salt City Dental is absolutely amazing! The staff is always so friendly, professional, and gentle — they truly make you feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Yates was fantastic — thorough, kind, and really took the time to explain everything and make sure I was at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Salt City Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that combines excellent care with a warm, welcoming atmosphere!
I started coming here after my insurance had changed and they were one of the few to accept my new insurance. My hygienist was wonderful. Dr is honest & pushed for filling replacement instead of a root canal, and it fixed the trouble I was having! Dr was able to knock out 4 fillings in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the quick yet through work. They’ve gained a long term patient that just happened to show up after an insurance change!
