The receptionist, the nurse and the assistant, and the dentist all treated me with so much respect and kindness, I've been through a lot of struggles with my previous dental work and they helped me through a lot of dental anxiety that I knew I was going to have. I would recommend anyone to go here, even people who are nervous as these people will make you feel super comfortable. I also enjoyed how they played the Office on the ceiling for me while I got my teeth worked on, LOL.
The receptionist and everyone was so friendly, open, and understanding. My daughter actually enjoyed getting her chipped tooth fixed! The dentist put Kiddo's favorite YT show on for her to watch while they worked on upgrading her smile from Cute to Beautiful, which was the highlight of the visit for my daughter lol! They do accept people on ODSP and Healthy Smiles. And they don't make you feel judged at all.
The staff at this office are exemplary; the front desk team is notably kind, friendly, and professional. Their customer service is truly a highlight. However, my primary concern is with the efficiency and scheduling of standard dental services. Both my husband and I experienced routine teeth cleanings being spread across multiple visits. For example, a single cleaning for my husband required two separate appointments, and my cleaning plus a night guard fitting were extended over three to four appointments. Everyone at Shelburne Downtown Dental is always so friendly. Great staff from reception to the hygienist to the dentist. Im a total scardy cat when it comes to the dentist and they all were helpful at putting my worries to rest. Thankyou for a good dental experience
The phone service was outstanding, Lisa was on top of calling me when there was new appointment updates. Dani did a wonderful job of prepping me for my cleaning, and the dentist was very careful as to not injure me in the process. Overall solid team of people at the office for sure, dental assistants especially.
