The staff is very kind and always happy to help in anyway they can. They make you feel welcomed and they are amazing with kids. Making sure they feel comfortable specially the toddlers just starting to see the dentist they do everything they can to make them not feel scared. I would recommend Shelburne Smile Center to anyone they are able to help and work with you for any oral problems you may have.
The Shelburne Smile Centre is very welcoming and professional. I have been so grateful and pleased with the work that Dr. Joe has done. He and his assistant are very friendly and I might add Dr. Joe has a great sense of humour!
I have mixed emotions about this practice. They’re accommodating, and quick to book you in ASAP, and even brought me in for an emergency exam the same day I called (I’ll get back to that later). The hygienists I’ve dealt with have all been very nice and talkative as well. The office administrators/receptionists are all super friendly and helpful. Biggest shout out to Dr. Ben! My 12 yo son needed a root canal and was super nervous. Ben had all the tricks to help my son not think so much of what was going on. Everyone in the office is amazing!
Such a great place to go for oral health. The staffs are amazing and very accommodating. Dr. Beny pulled out my tooth in just a blink of an eye , not more than a minute when he started and without pain at all.
