My family and I have been using this dental clinic for quite a few years. We have no complaints about the dentists or hygienists but we are leaving this clinic soley based on the unprofessional and rude behavior from their front desk Annie. On two separate occasions she has been downright rude to myself last summer as well as to my husband a couple weeks ago. She really needs training on client care and front facing as she is who the clinic has chosen to represent them.
I was introduced to Shelburne smile center by a friend. I did my cleaning was very happy and four days after I had my wisdom tooth extracted. Was better than I expected since I had traumatizing experience in the past. I will surely recommend this place to anyone needing good dental hygiene. Grate friendly people working there.
I had my first appointment here after switching dentists from Brampton. I had been with my previous dentist for a long time, but my husband and I recently moved to the area and needed to find a new one. We had Blaise as our hygienist, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and did a very thorough cleaning. The staff was also great at explaining our insurance coverage and making sure everything was booked correctly with our current plans. We’re really happy with our experience.
I saw Dr Joe and he was patient and actually listened. I've seen him many times before and he has always been great. I also saw Blaise and enjoy seeing her for the cleaning. She's easy to talk to and both are very thorough
Reply to reply: I feel my review is warranted because first, I referred my daughter to you. Second, I was at work when this situation was taking place. My daughter had to request help from an unsavoury source. After discovering this, I reimbursed her immediately. As a result of this, I don't have enough to pay the deductible and 20% copay for my next appointment. A little empathy and understanding toward those less financially secure would go a long way.
