I'm a new patient and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Dr. David A was very patient with me because I'm nervous with dental work. He explained everything he was doing from start to end. Will continue with this clinic going forward because of the amazing service.
I must say, this is the best dentistry I’ve been to. The staff are always kind, welcoming and very sweet, Dr. B is very knowledgeable and will accommodate and work around your weaknesses to make you feel comfortable to get the work done, he’s also very funny! I can’t say enough how caring and considerate everyone is. Highly recommend!
This is the best dentist's office by far. The staff are lovely and the dentists treat you so well. I never feel shamed. They educate and empower me on how I could be improving my oral hygiene. They are also very affordable for someone like me that doesn't have insurance. I always get excited to go to the dentist versus in the past where I would dread it.
I have been receiving the most beautiful experience at this facility for about 10 years now and would highly recommend. I am always made to feel valued, appreciated and a warm and welcoming smile is the first thing I noticed. The service is professional, impeccable, competent. It really feels like family. I have been a patient of Dr. Bernstein for a long time and since he left I was afraid of no longer recieving such care in the future. Nevertheless, Sheppard West Dental has reintroduced itself as the best care in town. I went in for a cleaning & to fix a couple of cavities today. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile.
