My visit yesterday was great as usual. Armi did her magic cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays. I have been coming to this dental office for many, many years and have followed them in all their moves. My family also attend . I brought them as toddlers and they never minded and they have continued Into adulthood. I miss Debbie and Vicki and of course Dr. Hyland. The hygienist (Nunji) was thorough and friendly the front desk employees are all helpful and kind. The reason for the 2 star review is because I did not have a good time when I came back for a follow up appointment to have a filling done. To start off Dr. Cohen scratched his eye before he began working on me and did not change his gloves. The dental syringe he used to inject numbing was absolutely massive, the barrel alone looked longer than the length of my hand. I had a great experience at Sheppard Yorkland. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Salima explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality dental care and a team that truly cares about their patients. Thank you for the great service!
Dr. Salimah Jiwani and her assistant are amazing, very friendly and caring professionals. in fact, all the staff at this dentist office provide excellent friendly service.
