I had an amazing experience at Sherbrooke Family Dental office! I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. The team took the time to explain each step of the process carefully, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for not only great dental care but also a genuinely caring and attentive team!
I had an amazing experience at this clinic! The front desk staff were very friendly and helped me make my first appointment and followed up with me on my second one. Dr. Hanin and Sonia took care of my teeth and were very reassuring. I appreciated how they walked me through each step so that there would be no surprises. Throughout the process, they consistently checked on me and asked if I was okay. As someone who gets anxious at dentist appointments, I was so thankful for their kindness and support!
I absolutely love this clinic and everyone. I would give 10 stars if I could! They were able to get me in right away with my dental emergency. The staff and energy is so calming that I'm not nervous to go to the dentist at all anymore. This will now be the ONLY dental clinic that I go to! A big thank you to everyone!
I had been going to this clinic for almost a decade and never had an issue with scheduling or their service. It always felt like they were doing their due diligence and best for me whether it was a cleaning or a check-up. Although I had to leave for location reasons, the workers at the front desk made it easy for me to transition for my new dentist, which I truly appreciate. Truly, they are very professional and I will miss them!
Avoid this place it's a scam! Went in for a cleaning, was told I all of a sudden need a ton of work done and it would cost me thousands of dollars. I was suspicious and decided to get a second opinion at a different dentists office. Got that second opinion and they informed me that my teeth were all good, there was one minor concern but nothing that needed immediate action.
